Service was subpar just like the food. Once you tip you receive better service.

We had a wonderful stay at the Majestic Elegance Punta Cana! Everyone was so nice and hospitable. The beach was beautiful. The food was excellent. And the resort was gorgeous.

The property was lush and beautiful and the low rise layout was very welcoming. It was a relatively quiet resort. We stayed at the Elegance and it was nice but really needs some updating in the rooms. The shower and bathroom areas look tired and the fixtures were adequate at best. The first two days we had issues with the thoroughness of the cleaning staff and the mini bar restocking. It was rectified after we expressed our concerns to management. I have stayed in Montego Bay, Jamaica many times and I gauged the staff at the Elegance by my experience there. Hands down, in general, the staff was not as friendly and welcoming at the Elegance. However, we did have fantstic service from Katty, Gary, Ambar and the other staff at the Piano Bar as well as Guillermo in the Breakfast restaurant. I would go back to Majestic Elegance again. Hopefully they have plans to freshen up their rooms.

Benjamin and Jose were amazing at the buffet. Excellent supervisors. Gregorio from room service was also wonderful. The service from all of them was outstanding

For the price point was a great value. The beach was amazing. Restaurants were good, buffets were just okay. Friendly staff and rooms were decent. Would go again.

The property is gorgeous and well kept. Wonderful landscaping and pool. We did not leave the property during our stay.

Great place could have additional places to eat overall cleaning this is great. Need to check your shower and make sure that you don’t have black mold. somehow the items in the room did not work. The cold water in the tub didn’t work. There was no batteries in the remote and the refrigerator kept nothing cold, but we called and they probably attempted to correct it.

We had a fantastic time here! The beach is beautiful, the staff is out of this world, food was very good and the drinks were great. We really enjoyed our stay. For the best bar service find Roberto, Alexander and Yarney at the main lobby bar. Erik’s service on the beach was over the top! He brought us drinks without asking and water just when we needed it.
