Amazing breakfast. Amazing location anytime again. Super people too

Eigentlich war alles sehr gut. Frühstück perfekt. Das Essen im Restaurant Last Hall lässt könnte einen Tick besser sein, z. B. nicht lauwarm serviert werden. Zusätzlichen Kosten für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz von 19 € /Tag, bei wenigen Parkplätzen auf dem Hotelareal, ist schon sportlich zumal bei der Buchung, soweit ich mich erinnere, darauf nicht explizit hingewiesen wird und keine versteckten Kosten zu erwarten wären. Also genau hinschauen.

A trip within the Grand Hotel Dino 🦕 complex. Such an expansive hotel 🏨. No wonder 💭 it’s called Grand Hotel 🏨. It is indeed VERY grand. Private lakeshore, huge garden 🪴, on-site spa 🧖 and pool 🏊 - it is very grandiose. The animal-trimmed shrubs clearly express artisan’s sense. What an unforgettable experience! Room is a bit small but I’ve got the lakeside view. Towels are a bit limited but not a big deal. Breakfast offers a nice touch. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This beautiful hotel has a gorgeous view of the lake. They have several sitting areas outside to allow people to relax and enjoy the view. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed their breakfast buffet. Service was nice.

Beautiful hotel and location.Great staff,very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t give a 5 stars for few flaws: 1)The hotel is expensive,even so there is no kettle in the room and if you want you need to pay an extra 10 euros.I have travelled a lot around the globe and this is first time it happens. 2)There is a sauna but again you need to pay an extra 12 euros to use it 3)At check out we were charged a 5% of the total bill in service charges.This wasn’t mentioned at the time of the booking (only the tourist fee), so I have found it unfair.

So disappoonted to have booked a lake side hotel, only to have a view of some God awful mural and the air conditioning units. Asked for an alternative but was told they were full. Really? It was acknowledged at reception it wasn't a good room....which didnt make me feel any better.

Our room, 262, faced the lake and had wonderful views. Overall the room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped, HOWEVER, the sound traveled very well from the neighboring room’s bathroom - so much so that it sounded like the neighbor was standing in our room speaking. We could clearly hear entire conversations in Italian one night and English the next. The sounds seemed to transmit through the AC vent. Obviously a construction design flaw.

It’s a lovely hotel in a prime position on the lake with its own electric gate giving guests easy access to the boat services. Fabulous pool area as is the new beach area. Restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet but our evening meals were a bit of a disappointment. A choice of just 2 starters with a choice of a meat of fish for the main co**** and a single sweet offering, although the quality of the dishes was very good. The house red was excellent and at less than €20, was a bargain considering a big beer and a small beer was €19. I was really disappointed with our room,292. Looked like it was a single room with a double bed in it and having paid an extra £460 for a ‘lake view balcony’ it was a view of an apartment opposite but you could see the lake… a bit on the left! One of our cases had gone missing after arriving so I’d reported it to reception after diner but when it appeared, I went to reception to tell them it had been found and, while there, I asked if we could be moved as we weren’t happy with the allocated room but no alternative balcony rooms were available as there was a lot of corporate events happening all week.

This is a very grand hotel - with prime spot on the lake (access to swim, amazing views) and a good base to explore the lake, islands and coastal towns. It has a old fashioned grandeur which is lovely but if you used to/expecting modern rooms its takes some getting used to. we had a family room with a very large double and two singles, plenty of space, a balcony with a side view of the lake and mountains and overall very comfortable. The Breakfast is vast and overall great - the staff and friendly and helpful and make the stay wonderful. They don't do half board options but do have restaurants on site - it meant we went out and explored and there are some great restaurants (Restaurant Posta across the street for one) so overall not a big deal. Two great pools (one in and one out) and access to the lake as well. Overall a stunning location and great service, have an open mind on the look/feel because its different (but that's why we travel no?) but overall its a great base to see the area.
