エコンテル ホテルは、Trip.com を使ってチェックインしたホテルの中で最悪のホテルです。アメニティが最悪です。テレビの電波が届かず、インターネット サービスの電波も届きません。シャワーの水の流れは、2 歳の男の子がおしっこをしているような感じでした。料金は、チャリトン ホテル ブキット メルタジャムよりも高くなっています。アメニティはレビューと同じではありません。受付カウンターのスタッフの態度も悪いです。彼女の顔は、お客様を歓迎していないことを示しています。Trip.com さん、今後このようなホテルを私に紹介しないでいただければ幸いです。

立地はコンビニや飲食店へのアクセスに非常に便利です。ただし、ホテルの清潔さと換気は改善する必要があり、少なくとも1人の受付係が近くにいて、チェックインやチェックアウト時に顧客に電話をかけるように頼まないようにする必要があります。

衛生状態: 平均的、あまり良くない 環境: 階下にバーがあり、非常に騒がしい 部屋はとても狭く、入ってすぐにベッドがあります 二度と泊まらない、お金が貯まらない

部屋に匂いがある、給湯器が熱くない、部屋の設備が初歩的である

入居してみると平均的な感じです。悪くはありませんが、それほど悪くはありません。

I had a super bad experience staying with this hotel , I had no idea why is the rating is hight from this app , the reviews and rating does not even match. If you are looking for hotel near by queens bay mall , you may advoid this hotel, there’s pod selection near by

The best thing of this hotel is the strategic location, just beside the Queensbay Mall and i booked it since I want to join Pantai Marathon, 850m from the starting line and many choice for food. The downside is it is not cheap as I pay more than RM180 for a very very small room. The room just fulfilled the basic needs.

the room size small but still fine. Bedding is comfortable to sleep. I chosen this Hotel as is located near my branch office, walking distant.

Good location and hotel room is clean

The hotel room water heater is spoilt.. and the water pressure is low and it is disaster to stay there
