Exzellent and friendly atmosphere, you feel like home, perfect breakfast for a hotel with only 7 rooms. Situatet near Bad Reichenhall, only 10 minutes away by foot. The owner family brings All Theorie heartblood into this small an luxury boutique hotel with special design.

Cosy, family run, boutique hotel. Located on a pleasant 10 minute walk from the city center of Bad Reichenhall. Our room was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had: fresh egg dishes were prepared to your liking and amazing pancakes and waffles were served too. The cappuccinos were very good. The owner of the hotel was very helpful and proactive and gave lots of good tips regarding sight seeing and restaurants. Highly recommended! 😊

This is a great boutique hotel in a great location. So much to see and do in the area and so close to Austria as well. The Fuchs family are all so friendly and helpful with advice, and the breakfast waffles are the best I've ever had! Our room was beautifully decorated and furnished with great views and a balcony to enjoy those early mornings and evening drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delightful hotel.

Villa Sonnenhof captured us from the moment we arrived. The friendly welcome, the beautiful and spacious room and staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The Breakfast is a real treat. The Hotel is Situated in a stunning location with beautiful views and walkable distance to Bad Reichenhall with its many cafes and restaurants. As a well seasoned traveler I advice this to anyone visiting the area. 5+ stars!!!!

Perfect reception from start to end a great large room with nice views Breakfast in a nice garden and with a perfect menu and service . Easy to find and parkingspace. Nearby city with restaurants and nice walking. Our warmest recommendations and thanks to the warm , heartfull service.

The hotel has a fresh modern style with a wonderful garden. Our room had a nice area to relax and a balcony with a nice view to the mountains. Breakfast is a mix of buffet and extra offers of eggs and coffee. Very nice family who really cares for their guests. We only stayed one nigh as we were traveling to our final destination, but we really can recommend it for vacation and also for business travels

Most beautiful boutique hotel in wonderful settings with a lovely atmosphere and greatest attendance from the host family. Delicious breakfast and all over the most pleasurable experience! Sure to be back again!

The freshly renovated facility offers you an excellent hotel experience; the rooms are cozy and very clean, there is a selection of excellent rooms, all rooms have superb bathrooms, most importantly – super friendly service by polite, welcoming, and warm hosts who also provide you with important tips for the surroundings!
