The property is centrally located. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable Matthias (sp) helped us to safely leave before the storm as trains were getting cancelled. If not for him , our trip would have been badly disrupted

Excellent location for exploring Bayeux but unfortunately the adjacent street is very busy and noisy late into the night. The rooms are quite small but very comfortable. Excellent shower room. One room had an internal window overlooking a covered courtyard so was very dark, noot really a problem but it was advertised as a superior room. Excellent cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. All adjacent parking is payable (the hotel does not have a private car park), and a full day ticket is not available so the meter has to be topped up during the day. Overall they stay was very enjoyable in spite of the few negative issues.

Great location but rooms are in a major need of upgrades. Carpet and bathrooms old and run down. And even the towels were old and frayed. Price was good though but I would pay more for a nicer room.

The staff was helpful but not friendly. The property seemed a little run down and some repairs needed.

Welcoming , easy to park nearby and in the heart of the historic center - AirCon!! Excellent staff and stay , will be back - A/C was fantastic in a week of 90+

The location can’t be beat. Our room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The only problem is that in some rooms the WiFi is weak and unreliable.

After reading the reviews regarding how small the rooms are, we chose to upgrade to a Deluxe Double, to have a little extra room. Little did we know we would be hearing the reception desk all day and night. You can see in the attached picture that the door to our room was part of the reception area! They tried to ameliorate the situation by installing a double door, but we still heard people checking in, even as late as 11:30pm. In addition, when we turned on the air conditioning, we heard a loud "pinging" sound, which turned out to be water dripping on our suitcase! We moved the suitcase and let the water drip on the rug. The location of the hotel was great, but Bayeux is a very small town, so almost any hotel has a great location. We would definitely choose a different hotel next time!

Decor was good but room was small and noisy. When we returned from dinner we wanted to get some water and they only had €5 bottles left. One of the female staff offered us the last small plastic bottle that she had taken. Surely customers first. The reception staff we’re worried about personal calls.

Amazing location in a fairytale town! The hotel is located right on the main fare and close to everything!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Bayeux!!!
