From there you walk into a large Kitchen with plenty of pantry storage for your food and large center island. Access to the backyard is off the kitchen for convenient outdoor dining on the backyard patio (complete with table seating for up to 16, gas grill, lounge seating around a gas fire-pit and room for yard games). A half bathroom and stackable Laundry round-out the Kitchen area. Travel through the wet bar (with beverage fridge and ample barware) to the formal dining room with table for 8+ and bistro seating overlooking the stunning original bay windows. From there, enter the spacious Living Room with ample seating, stunning staircase, window seat overlooking the lake, access to the front wrap-around porch, and charming gas fireplace with record player to add a little ambiance to your evenings.
