ベアテンベルクの朝食付きホテル

I'm disappointed with our stay at this hotel, while it's nice the service was unacceptable.The way they talk at the reception is strange I would say abrupt. From the moment we arrived. we had to wait an hour for the check-in (15:00) we carried our suitcases by our self to the place they indicated (after hours of travel imagine carrying suitcases )to us because they obviously bothered to have them while we waited for them to prepare our room. I asked for an iron for the clothes and I had to go by my self down two floors and and look for it in their warehouse in the garage. I asked them to call us a taxi and they gave me a card to call on my own.Their internet does not work well when I told them they told me in style that it works. I Buy a movie and we never saw it I dont know why just this service on their TV did not work and nobody told us ,I called them to let them know and the answer was abrupt that they do not have a technician and they can’t do anything. I do not understand then why they promote this service so that we can waste our money and not watch a movie at the end. from the first moment we entered the room until the time we left during our stay there was a terrible noise, children were running in the corridors,shouting, playing they were running like crazy it was terrible, was something like a playground exactly out from our room lol. I informed them on the first day but nothing happened, we were patient but ok on our last day I complained to them again. we visited their wellness center, pure tragedies.there were children were playing at the pool. towels thrown everywhere, everything was wet and in the locker room the situation was the same. We booked a massage but unfortunately my partner hit his leg at the ski and we missed the appointments. of course we paid the whole amount,they did not care anything they did not even ask if we need something or if it is ok with his health. ur stay was totally terrible we travel all over the world we have gone everywhere , hotel of this category is not allowed this service,it was not cheap. But has a great view bus station near, breakfast could be better!

Hotel Fassbind is more than a hotel it’s an experience. Dani and Linda were local experts on activities to do based on the weather time of year etc. The rooms are incredible filled with real wood furniture of high quality, the mattress was comfortable the view was incredible from the room and the dining area. Breakfast was filled with local delicacy and Dani allowed us to sample several cheeses and meats every morning.There was an honor fridge filled with quality drinks and alcohol. The location is directly on a bus line and very close to Schlidthorn which was the first recommendation we recieved which was absolutely incredible. It is also very close to the city center of Interlaken. I can’t say enough about the quality of my wife and I’s stay. Dani speaks very good English and German and a language barrier did not exist for us. Also Heidi and Erich were the sunshine of every morning. We visited for dinner and were seated on the terrace with spectacular views. Ordered the delicately cooked asparagus risotto with salmon and tarragon vinaigrette and pork escalope with creamy mushroom sauce. Service, ambiance and food was just amazing! The desserts we ordered were well presented and tasty. The orange cake made by Chef Bernard was delicate and extremely good. Ms Jackie who runs the Hotel with Chef Bernard, was very friendly and showed us around the property. The hotel rooms are very well priced, tastefully decorated and cozy. Wish we had known about the hotel before to book there.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit einem tollen Panorama und auch gut mit dem ÖV erreichbar.Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Leider kamen die letzten Details dazu sehr spät.
