We booked this hotel 9 months in advance, trusting its reputation and the available information. However, upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the hotel closed. The path to get to the location is extremely difficult and complicated, which made the experience even more frustrating. We lost an entire day of our trip due to this situation and felt deeply affected and harmed. We contacted the hotel demanding an explanation, but so far, we have not received a satisfactory response. This was a disappointing and completely unacceptable experience. We do not recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed our visit. Husband and wife were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to book a dinner reservation. I had the thai green curry, as was recommended and was not disappointed! I'm not a huge curry fan but it was exactly what I would have hoped for, and just the right amount of spice for an American! Lots to explore nearby. This was our second visit to Interlaken and we were glad to stay out of the city and with a view.

We visited for dinner and were seated on the terrace with spectacular views. Ordered the delicately cooked asparagus risotto with salmon and tarragon vinaigrette and pork escalope with creamy mushroom sauce. Service, ambiance and food was just amazing! The desserts we ordered were well presented and tasty. The orange cake made by Chef Bernard was delicate and extremely good. Ms Jackie who runs the Hotel with Chef Bernard, was very friendly and showed us around the property. The hotel rooms are very well priced, tastefully decorated and cozy. Wish we had known about the hotel before to book there.

Yesterday we stayed at hotel Gloria, after a warm welcome we had a delicious meal in the restaurant. the cheese fondue and the desserts are highly recommended. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view and lovely bedding. big compliments for the hospitality, service and that attention has been given to every detail. We will come back.
