They were so nice and tried to help us as much as they can. As foreigners, they were especially nice to us and even gave us a welcome to china present! The room was a little bit dusty but other than that everything was so clean; the bathroom, towels, bed etc. The room was cozy and nice and the location was close to the subway so I would say it was a really pleasant experience overall. Extremely small rooms with barely enough space to keep suitcases for two travellers. Good location. Breakfast dining area is in a hall outside the hotel itself. Being foreigners, was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Not being the best chopsticks users, we asked for a for and knife and we were told, no. Bread was finished by the time we got there and they said no more. Asked if there was butter for the bread/toast another day and they said no.
