ユアン セ ホテル アパートメントでの滞在は最高でした。モダンでスタイリッシュな客室は広々としていて快適でした。スタッフのサービスも素晴らしく、まるで自宅にいるような気分になりました。便利なロケーションなので、観光も簡単で楽しいです。楽しくリラックスした滞在を強くお勧めします。

アパートのチェックインを手伝ってくれましたが、宿泊客が 3 人いることを考慮に入れておらず、タオルとグラスは 2 人分しかありませんでした。 4泊しましたが、洗面用具やお茶が常に補充されているわけではありませんでした。全体的には便利で快適でした。当初はキッチンがあると説明されていましたが、実際にはキッチンはなく、電子レンジしかありませんでした。

事前にチェックインの詳細を何も知らされていませんでした。中国語を話して詳細を問い合わせられる人を見つけるのは非常に不便でした。 私たちの部屋は清潔でしたが、部屋の他の部分はひどいものでした。掃除だけでなく改装も必要です。最初は臭い喫煙室に案内されました。別の部屋をお願いしました。この場所は絶対にお勧めしません。

4日間滞在しました。設備はとても良く、まるで自分の家にいるような気分になりました。家族連れにぴったりです。コンビニで買った食べ物を電子レンジで温めることもできますし、洗濯やアイロンがけもできました。街の中心部に位置しているので、毎日地下鉄大望路駅まで歩いて行けるので、北京の観光スポットを巡るのにも便利です。チェックインも午後まで遅くまでさせてもらえて、とても便利でした。

案内された部屋は案内されていた部屋とは違いましたが、オーナーのサービスは素晴らしかったです。案内された部屋のベッドは少し小さかったので、もっと大きなベッドが必要だと配慮してくれました。そのため、同じ部屋ではなかったのです。設備は全体的に素晴らしく、立地も地下鉄1号線大王路駅に非常に近いので、天安門や北京ユニバーサルなどの人気観光スポットへのアクセスも良く、タクシーを使う代わりに地下鉄を利用すればかなり節約できます。

家政婦さんはとても熱心です。 場所はとても良く、周りにはたくさんのレストランがあります。 部屋はとても清潔で、毎日掃除されます。

I stayed for 4 days at Yuan Se Hotel in Beijing and had a wonderful experience. The room was cozy and felt just like home, with a beautiful city view from the 27th floor. The location is great—surrounded by plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. What made the stay truly special was the host. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to help. Thanks to his support, I even got the chance to attend a traditional musical performance at his main hotel in the old quarter—an unforgettable experience. I'm truly grateful for his hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing!

My stay at Yuan Se Hotel Apartment (Beijing Central Television Station) was absolutely fantastic—ideal for travelers who want spacious comfort, modern amenities, and easy access to Beijing’s best attractions. ✨ What Made It Perfect: ✔ Unbeatable Location – Just a short walk from the CCTV Tower and Guomao CBD, with quick access to Line 1 & Line 10 subway stations. The Sanlitun nightlife area and Wangfujing Shopping Street were also within easy reach. ✔ Luxury Apartment-Style Living – My room was huge, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine, ultra-comfy king bed, and a sleek modern bathroom. Felt like a 5-star serviced apartment! ✔ Exceptional Value – For the space and location, the price was much more reasonable than nearby hotels. Perfect for long stays, families, or business travelers. ✔ Outstanding Service – The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive, helping with everything from early check-in to taxi bookings. ✔ Peaceful & Quiet – Despite being in a central area, the soundproofing was excellent—no noise disturbances at all. Minor Note (Not a Problem): No on-site restaurant, but with so many delivery options and nearby cafes, it wasn’t an issue. Final Verdict: One of the best stays I’ve had in Beijing! If you want a spacious, high-quality apartment with hotel-like service in a prime location, Yuan Se Hotel Apartment is a top choice. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment is nice, clean and surrounding with shopping malls and foods, also near to subway. The 管家 and the lady I contact with very helpful and prompt in responding my queries. Very satisfy and will stay again in future. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great service!

Nice apartment, great location, and an attentive staff

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service is good, the lady whom I am in contact with regarding the apartment stay is very kind and helpful. They keep the apartment clean. The location is near to Dawanglu metro station, which is conveniently connected to a mall. There are convenience stores, coffee stores like Luckin Coffee, tea stores like Heytea, nearby.
