31 hours to arrive in China, 1 flight from Cap Haitian to Miami, 1 flight from Miami to Los Angeles. Very very tired, the service at the hotel eases my anxiety. Excellent hotel, great customer service, amazing people, nice environment. I give you 5 stars. Keep up the great work.

Great hotel however the room type was wrong it was supposed to be two double beds but we only had one double and one single

本來衹訂了一晚，但沒有辦完事情而且住的也舒心，就又續住啦～前台小姐姐小哥哥很好，兩晚都給升級了房間，裝修也是喜歡的風格，周邊很繁華商業吃飯都很方便，離地鐵站也不算很遠，推薦哦～

這幾天人不多，整體還是不錯的，咖啡也不錯，前廳比較大，可以稍微駐足打個車什麼比較方便 設施：可以正常使用 服務：前台小哥不錯

房間安排的是靠近小區的位置，整體一晚上很安靜，地理位置很優越離地鐵站很近，電梯上下行也很迅速，前台小姐姐好貼心，滿分好評！而且房間沒有異味做得很好，期待下次繼續體驗 '͜'！
