It was a nice stay and I would recommend to my friends and family to stay here if you’re wanting to visit the Summer Palace and the Ming Tombs. It’s nearby the metro and easy for taxi’s to find you. The breakfast was good (and HOT!), the staff were kind, the room always clean, and the lift easily accessible. I do wish the gym had different equipment but that’s a personal preference and doesn’t effect my judgement in recommending this place to people. Overall I had a really nice stay here!

Very clean, roomy, and intelligent place to stay. “XiaoDu” and the robots were helpful and fun. Employees were friendly and warm-hearted.

Staff are helpful upon arrival at the hotel with a complimentary upgrade of room to one with windows. Room are clean and week maintained with free drinks provided in room and at the lobby. Front desk desk are very helpful with luggage and check in timing. Will recommend it!

Perfect stay if you are looking for a place near Tsinghua University for scouting. The staffs are quite interactive and willing to help with everything. Great hospitality.

Hotel was excellent. Provided free amnesties such as soft drinks and unlimited bottles of water. The room had advanced technology and was operated by xiaodu. Only downside was that there was no room safe and the gym was tiny.

The hotel is very nice, and warming welcoming with Jasmine Tea fragrance in the hall. The room (family room) was very nice and modern style, cleaned everyday and comfortable. Free drinks are available in the room everyday (cocke, sprite and water). The staff is very gentle and kindly available for helping the customer for any request. The staff is made of young people who take care of customers. Very nice staying.
