O Monot Boutique Hotel Beirut

Great hotel and value for money. Our family of 5 were accommodated with a connecting room. Central location, Roof top pool, delicious simple breakfast. Only one thing to note, make sure they perk your AC up. Service was warm, friendly and very welcoming.

The good: Rooms are great, staff are great and hotel location is very good. Condition of the hotel is at a very well kept standard, breakfast and roof top are also in keeping with a boutique hotel. The bad: THEY CHARGE FOR COFFEE PODS!!!!!!!! NEVER in my 30 years of travel has a hotel charged guests for coffee pods, ("only the first night is free") shame on you O Monot! How cheap and desperate can a hotel get? Further, at breakfast wait staff would mix fresh squeezed orange juice with bottled juice when they thought you had your fair share of freshly squeezed juice!? VERY cheap, insolent and totally unprofessional OMonot. So you're only allowed one glass of freshly squeezed and the rest will be mixed-disgusting behavior - we are paying for our breakfast OMonot! Back to Phoenicia Intercontinental for me-tried, trusted and nothing ever goes wrong.

The staff's hospitality is remarkably inviting and warm, adding to the overall experience. While the breakfast buffet offers a concise selection, the flavors are exquisite. Our brief stay left us with a profound sense of positivity, encapsulating the essence of the place.

Quiet small lobby, room was clean but no view. I felt safe in the hotel. Only 4 rooms per floor, only some rooms have view. Breakfast buffet is basic. Although the chef on request made a very nice vegan mix vegetable mediterranean dish. It was memorable. Otherwise, breakfast has limited vegan options. Celine checked me in - she is very sweet and helpful. Offered to serve tea/coffee while I was waiting in the lobby. Raymonde came to check if I was having what I need at breakfast. Did not see many other guests or staff during stay. Rooms have more of a contemporary decor.

This hotel was in a great location, wifi was strong, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is gorgeous! As a solo traveler, I felt that I had everything I needed—I would recommend this to others going to Beirut.

This is NOT a five star hotel. They had a coffee maker with no coffee in the room and when asked they said you have to buy it. I was checked in quickly and that was the only positive of this hotel. We asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn’t have one. There was no view or windows in our room, it felt like a prison. They had frosted sliding doors that were left open and could not lock, when I asked for them to come fix them, they said they would lock them from the outside, WHAT?!?! That means anyone from the outside can access the room. Also, it was a mess from the outside around the room area. The shower leaked excessively and the faucet spewed water all over the place. Overall the worst experience we have had at a betel that claims to be five star, the rating should be a 3.5 max. They remodeled a few things cheaply and called it a five star hotel.
