Excellent staff and great value. No blackouts so didn’t have to walk up six flights of stairs. At this price it wasn’t a problem but bath/shower could do with a clean. Pretty close to most touristy things.

Worst stay in my life, hotel is not four stars its not even one star, so dirty, staff are rude, no electricity, i took stairs to the six floor, hotel is old needs renovation, insects are everywhere even on bed, smelly and disgusting. I immediately checked out.

First thing, I arrived at 2:15 pm and had to wait until 3 to have my room ready. For me I shouldn’t wait all that time specially the check-in time is 2 pm!! Secondly, the room wasn’t clean enough and the AC is noisy and I complained about but no action taken. Obviously no parking spots you ve to keep looking, sometimes I had to parked a couple of streets a way!!! Thirdly, for me I chose to stay at a hotel than airbnb because the electricity in beirut regulary off from time to time to avoid that I stayed in a hotel but unfortunatelly every day the electricity is turned off from 3 am until 6 in the morning and had to wake-up because the room is hot!! Overall the experience wasn’t good as I expect!!

It was really awesome. The location is great and everyone was really nice and welcoming. I only suggest adding kettle and microwave in the rooms.

The worst internet ever. Dirtiest hotel ever. The water, if you want to take a bath, is salty, as if it came from the sea . there is no Internet . There is no electricity throughout the day. Very old rooms and it was the worst vacation I ever had

pros... reception is very helpful, friendly , and polite the hotel rate is low the hotel location is very good cons... too much noise, 0 quiet "can't sleep unless you are exhausted" facility is exhausted needs to be renewed there's no "shatafa" view is city back view "bad view" tv has no signal electricity cuts off 3 hours aday no AC no hot water

L'hôtel était vraiment très très sale ne mérite 1 étoile mais pas 4 ,j'ai payé le petit-déjeuner mais L'hôtel ne possède pas de salle de restauration, il livre dans la chambre une boîte mais c'est degulasse j'ai même pas mangé, les meubles cassé, la télévision ne fonctionne pas bien,la moquette très salle,pas.de électricité la nuit ,pas de générateur, je ne retournerais jamais dans cette hotel

"This hotel is not 4 stars!" Overall, my stay at this hotel was underwhelming compared to its advertised 4-star rating. The facilities and services felt more akin to a 2-star establishment. One major issue was the frequent electricity cuts from 2:00 AM to noon daily, which was highly inconvenient. The internet speed was also disappointing, peaking at only 2Mb/s. Additionally, the towels were unusable due to their discolored state, and the rooms were cramped. The hallway smelled strongly of smoke, which was concerning, and the bath tub was in poor condition. The balcony door didn't close properly, which affected privacy and security. On the positive side, the hotel manager was respectful and helpful, especially when we accidentally booked for the wrong month. The reception staff were also courteous. Considering the area, the price was reasonable. Overall, while the staff were pleasant, the hotel itself fell short of expectations in terms of amenities and upkeep, especially given its rating.
