The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Xanadu, the food was consistently of medium to high standard depending on where you ate. The entertainment crew were very enthusiastic and decent bunch, always high tempo and good laugh. I especially rated Zakaria for his energy and enthusiasm with the kids and grown ups alike.

The staff is super nice! Very engaging:) Many food choices and good breakfast! The room service was awesome and everyone was really nice and caring!

Food was amazing, grill/salads/desserts. Everyone in the crew was very helpful and friendly. We especially liked the surroundings since it is very green and calm. The safety crew around the pools were extra careful. Spa was very relaxing and also very joyful for the kids.

We spent a week here with our children. The hotel went above and beyond keeping everything in mind. Fancyland was amazing, everyday was different. A huge thank you to Zuzu and the team for.always being so friendly and welcoming. Our children really enjoyed themselves! I would definitely recommend!

Had a very good fun holiday myself wife and child of 5. Lot of good (Xanado’s) and lot of bad (xanadonts) about hotel which I will run through now Xanado go for kid’s entertainment and kids club. Absolutely brilliant can’t fault the kids club stuff and the staff there were fantastic. Xanado sit and watch the other evening entertainment also pretty good Xanado have a walk about the nice grounds and have a drink end of pier really good Xanado have fun main pool. Some fun stuff going on - I usually just sit about but did do couple of games and stuff and liked it Xanadont go if you don’t like rooms that look like they were decorated in the 80s. The well worn stained carpet in the corridor at least sets a low expectation. We did look at changing room but the alternative looked like a room that naughty guests are sent to as punishment. Xanadont expect the warmest staff. Some good and no one particularly rude but when I had issue with an air conditioner stinking it took a good while to sort and nooone seemed to really care was no apology. Xanadont go if you are a foodie. It’s not the best. Went to Italian and the Turkish they were slightly better than the lukewarm buffet. Xanadont forget the travel iron. Charge for ironing none given out Xanadont jump to conclusions that the sunbeds are good with their built on shade. Totally useless. I was actually fascinated about how they came to be produced and talked about it a lot to my wife who agreed but was less interested than me in discussing Other stuff should know. No pool side service for food or drink. Gym looked quite good but didn’t go. Towels are old and thin
