I would not recommend people to stay at this property, it's run down. Had a hard time going to sleep. Heard all the noise outside lack of drinking water in the room. No ice machine

We didn't get the room that we paid for with air conditioning. It was a very tiny room. Can barely walk around the bed and no air conditioning. Although we did get compensated with the dinner, that was very delicious

At one time this was a lovely resort, the staff all appeared to take pride in their work and customer service. Unfortunately the management/owners should spend some $$ for basic up keep. The lock to our room did not work and it did not work at our arrival either. (Friends were travelling with had the room at arrival) The facilities are dated, the restaurant options are limited. Overall it was fine for the first and last night on our vacation but would not recommend for a longer time.

The property and room were clean. The pool area was nice but could have had more lay out chairs with padding. I was disappointed that there was no beaches. The water surrounding the property is full of crocodiles. We felt very safe on the actual property and it was gated. Nothing was in walking distance. Very long dirt road to get to the property. The staff was friendly but did not go above and beyond. They did not have coffee in the rooms and coffee wasn’t available at the restaurant until 8 am. There was only one restaurant with limited food and it did not open until 8am. Most of the flights leave early so there was no opportunity to even eat. There is no beer on the property at all for purchase. Also, they put the recreation room on top of the bedrooms and so we could not sleep all night because people were being very loud . They should put the room in another area

We loved having our own cabin. It was quiet and peaceful just a few feet from the Sea. The staff were very friendly as well. I also thought the food was tasty.

This was the worse hotel I have been to. It has so much potential but the owner who lives on the property is too busy to spend money on the hotel and would rather spend on other stuff. . The hotel is old and grimey. The A/C did not work and all I had to kill the 2-3 roaches. The bed sheets had stains. The only good thing about this place was the amazing staff that goes out of their way to help people. If this hotel is updated, it would be the best hotel in Belize city since the hotel is right on the beach.
