Great service, rooms and spa. The most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept in. Best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had. Some minor things that could be improved: bathroom flooded when using walk-in shower as drain was not adequate for flow of water. Lack of in-room information on restaurant opening times and menus. We personally prefer carpet or rugs underfoot in a bedroom rather than wooden floors. We also thought the cost of drinks in the bar was a little excessive, although they included lots of delicious nibbles.

We recently stayed at the hotel as part of a Tauck tour group. It is a wonderful hotel, with attentive and friendly service. The food was excellent, and the rooms were attractive, although it took a while to figure out the light and window covering buttons! Fabulous hotel and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Menaggio.

We did not stay at the hotel but ate at their restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Como. The numerous staff appeared to be very attentive but made three mistakes. First, we were served the wrong pasta dish. When we brought it to their attention, they took it away and topped off our wine glasses at no additional charge. Fair enough. Then we were served the wrong ravioli dish, which we ate most of before realizing it was not what we ordered. Since we ate it, we did not return it. When the bill arrived, we were charged for the pasta we sent back as well as the one we ordered. The food was well prepared and presented, but the staff's three errors made it less enjoyable than it should have been. Lastly, a tip of 10% was added to the bill. For 175 Euros, we expected better.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel until the moment our taxi picked us up to go we could not fault the service, staff or anything else. Everyone treated us as though we were the only guests. The room was fabulous, the fresh fruit every day was lovely. It was really nice to get a sweet treat every evening when our bed was turned down. The bottle of bubbly and snacks in our room on arrival was a welcome treat. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice and the best fresh orange juice ever. On my husbands birthday he was given a chocolate cake, unprompted. The spa was so nice. Quiet, calm, wonderful. The outdoor pool and surroundings were perfect too. If you're looking for a wonderful hotel we cannot recommend The Grand Hotel Victoria in Menaggio enough. A perfect stay, would definitely go back

I cannot begin to express how fantastic this hotel is. It is absolutely amazing! The property is fantastic, super clean and very stylish. The staff are brilliant and cannot do enough to help. The food is amazing. … breakfast just wow!!! The orange juice is a must!! It’s a lovely hotel with wonderful views and if I ever come back to lake como I would not hesitate to stay here again. We came for a short break with my 2 year old son and they were geared up for little ones with high chairs and baby baths which was great. We went on a boat trip too which we arranged through the hotel and I would I would definitely recommend it… it was fantastic!!! All the staff are wonderful!

This place is an 11. The place is a gorgeous Lake front property in the most amazing town of Menaggio. Multiple restaurants, gelotos and town square within a block of the hotel, The property includes a front lawn where sipping Prosecco is a must do activity. Behind the facade is a beautiful outdoor pool, a great gym, restaurant, and bar, but also, the most amazing spa I’ve ever seen. Pools, hot tubs, multiple saunas, multiple steam rooms, quiet rooms and more. This place is incredible, but it’s also amazing because of the great people that work there. Thank you to Olga, Luka and Giulia for all you did to make our stay so amazing. Kelly and I appreciate your efforts so much. You are the best. See you in two years when we return.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. I know there are many great hotels to stay on Lake Como, but this hotel is equal or exceeds the others. To start with beautiful grounds and location on the lake with a perfect seating are on the lawn for coffee in the morning or evening beverages. The rooms were high tech and situated near the pool and spa facilities. The staff and service was amazing and anything you needed was available. Easy walk to ferry to see other towns and shopping and other restaurants were nearby. The best. Thank you.

My husband and I came here in the first stop of our honeymoon. Because the property is relatively new, it is not one of the most highly established properties or hotels you may have heard of on Lake Como. As such, we didn’t know expect going in. I can confidently say that my expectations were completely blown away. The property has recently been renovated, and perfectly balances, old Italian charm and grandeur, with modern luxury amenities. The extremely impressive spa is the perfect place to escape. Even if you don’t want to spend money on treatments or spa services, there is so much to explore and enjoy in the spa. The rooms were on the slightly smaller side , but very well appointed and beautiful. Easily the most impressive part about this property, however, is the impeccable attention to the highest quality of service. This was a true masterclass hospitality. Every detail was carefully taken care of, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Whoever trained this staff deserves a promotion. Lastly, the location was a major plus for us. Menaggio is far less Hasti than some of the other small towns on Lake Como. As such, when you left the property, you really got to experience authentic life in Lake Como. The local restaurants were filled with residents of the area. I would return here in a heart beat!

Elegant and charming place to enjoy the beauty of the lake. The best amenities and outstanding spa. Everything was perfect. Nice piano entrateining in the evening in the outdoor garden. From breakfast to dinner we had the best time. Highly recommended
