Very nice place to stay with family ..good location , nice staff. But recreational activities ike cycling , fun zone for are paid . These kind of activities in a 5 star resort should be complimentary for the kids.

An absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits. The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby. Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

The room was very clean, food were delicious, and view of the swimming pool was fantastic. I had a great time there.

The location of the hotel is amazing. Apart from the staff at the reception (during check-in and check-out) the rest of the staff is amazing and quite helpful. One big issue with the hotel is that there are stairs everywhere so if you are traveling with a toddler+stroller it can be a pain to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Apart from that, the hotel restaurants and staff there are amazing. Both the food and the service. I'd definitely stay there again and hope the staff at the reception is more accommodating in the future (instead of being insanely SOP driven)

We stayed here for family vacation. All seemed good until we found fungus growing heavily in the bottom of drinking glass bottle while having lunch. We complained to the staff but they gave no attention to it. Then we asked them to call ***ager or some concerned person from F&B. But not only the entire staff, even the ***ager was too reluctant to come and meet us. Despite asking them several times nobody came to us and address the issue. I guess they only turn up when someone gets hospitalized after consuming their water and food. We have small kids and elderly person in the family, this matter made us really worried for their health. After paying a good hefty amount, this is the last thing to expect from such a 5-star property. Here no 5-star standards are maintained.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our kids and we were 3 couples. Take my word it's a best place to stay in Goa. Everything under 1 roof. Games, entertainment, pool fun, beach, garden, recreation. Fun Zone, Play Area. Buffet spread is excellent and wonderful choices. Chef Mohsin tried every bit to give us excellent service, on request he had arranged jain food also, also he is very very kid friendly. He is the best chef. The staff of hospitality team is very caring specially Amjad, Midas, Goma. They ensured we are comfortable and well taken care off even when 1 of us was not well. Very prompt service. Guest Service team also ensured they decorate our room so well since it was our daughters birthday and cake given was also very yum. Front desk staff needs to be more friendlier and should be more earful and caring towards the guests. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing experience, people friendly and always happy to help staff. Clean and fresh place to stay with lovely view of the sea from certain rooms. Easy accessibility to the Utorda Beach from the hotel. Anyone looking for a stay with serenity and calming this is the place. ZEEBOP an amazing seafood restaurant is just 5-10 min walk away from the hotel, which everyone must visit atleast once.
