1/ 賑やかな場所から離れた、静かで落ち着いたホテル 2/ バスルームは広さは十分だが、シンクの排水が適切ではなかった 3/ ベッドリネンはもう少し清潔にできる 4/ エレベーターは2基あるが、1基は12時間以上稼働していなかった 5/ 喫煙フロアは「煙が多すぎる」 6/ バスルームのアメニティは改善が必要 7/ 森の中にあるというユニークな立地を考えると、セミラグジュアリーな雰囲気の隠れ家的なホテルとして、価格もそれ相応に妥当な水準と言えるだろう

今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテルの一つです。本当に老朽化していて、環境全体が本当に汚く感じました。部屋の状態も非常に悪く、枕とマットレスはシミだらけで、部屋は埃まみれで、椅子は壊れていました。絶対にお勧めしません。スタッフは非常に非効率的で、多くの時間を無駄にしました。朝食もまずかったので、抜いてもいいでしょう。

Overall are good, although the floor abit dirty but still nice and good location and good staff. breakfast also not bad

The hotel is nothing like the photo but for their non-peak rate at about $30+ SGD per night you are getting what the hotel is worth for. Check in at 3pm is for hotel to do housekeeping but the room is not cleaned at all. Curtain and bedsheets are all stained and dirty. Floor is not sweeped as well. There are cracks at every corner of the room and bathroom. I paid for $50+ SGD per night due to peak season (SG school holiday in June and public holiday), but the service provided was still $30+ SGD per night standard. We arrived about an hour earlier and they don't allow early check in, hence we waited at the lobby for time to pass. Around 2.40pm, other tourist started to arrive and was allowed to check in. I understand that the other tourist wouldn't have knew that there was people waiting in line for check but the staff should have informed and let those waiting to check in first right? It was very unfair and when I asked the staff they totally ignored me and proceed with my check in but they have already checked in 3 groups before me. Not sure if this was the reason, I was allocated a room below the ballroom and there was some kids graduation event happening on both nights of my stay morning. So early morning at 8am, there are kids running and shouting and it was clear and loud that I couldn't sleep in at all. I would not come back to this hotel, but if you are just looking for a cheap hotel this is ok.

Came for a short trips with friends. Got two rooms with connecting doors. However, one of the air-con room wasn't working. The temperature was warmer than the main lobby outside. Called the service counter to arrange for maintenence. The service was prompt but it didnt solve the problem. There was The temperature only got colder on the second night. The hotel floor was also run down, see picture as reference. Making it unworthy of the rating as mentioned. Could consider an upgrade to improve the living conditions of tourist. Appreciate the prompt service in action which I find is the only saving grace amidst the poor review.

Place is nice its near to batam center. Service is good and the food all nice but facilities like the pool not much okay

Its not worth what I paid for. The place is old. The service staff is very The only plus point. I paid for 2 nights stay but I check out after 1 day. Air-conditioning is noisy and bed sheet is old. Seriously, you should not stay here if u are staying with kids.

Very comfortable stay. Staff members very friendly. The bellboy Masuri especially was very well mannered and very helpful. Enjoyable stay so far. Pool was slightly lacking.

Location not far from shopping but Batam is really small. Up to your individual budget.

This hotel need to involve,upgrade the safety system like windows,swimming pool,tiling/timber flooring,aircond to change,..and I believe they will do the best for their hotel..by the way TQ for all..
