La habitación y el baño sin mantenimiento, las puertas y marcos de ventana con humedad e hinchados por agua, soporte del lavabo oxidado, habitación muy básica y antigua, poca luz salvo de la ventana, cortina sucia y rota, se nota que falta mantenimiento y luminaria. El servicio de buffet muy bueno, comida elaborada y casera, libre en todo menos en la bebida que se paga al entrar y los camareros muy atentos para recoger platos y hacer el servicio de limpieza. El gym es solo lo que se ve en la foto, super pequeño y todo con cristal cerrado, una caminadora, una bici, una elíptica y unas pesas máximo 10 kg.

Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

Very nice Hotel. Here is our honest review. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly and polite. The entertainment was hit and miss but the bar prices were good. As it was March we did not use the pool. The room we had was average size overlooking the park. The food was awful, we are not picky eaters but this was the worse we have ever experienced. We tried to find something nice to eat but it was all horrid. We ended up eating out. Was half board. The hotel is in between old and new town a bit of a walk to either. Will we come back ? NO. All night you can hear police and ambulance sirens. .Also too many high rise buildings in Benidorm.

We've been to Benidorm a few times and stayed in the large hotels. This hotel is away from the tourist hot spots but is near to the old town and a few minutes walk to the beaches. It's not as large as some we've stayed in but that makes it less hectic for meals, etc. The room was comfortably furnished and the hotel itself feels comfortable and the staff we met are all helpful and friendly. The restaurant has sufficient choice to allow you to mix your choices over the week. A special attraction for me was the ice cream machine. I had a pot of ice cream to accompany my choice of sweet each evening - great. As I said, it's a short walk to the old town and the beaches. As the name suggests, it's alongside a park which you can walk through to the old town. There are supermarkets nearby and it's just off the main road that several buses travel along.

This hotel is brilliant. A short walk down through the park and turn right for the old town and left for the new town. It's a 10 minute walk to the train/tram to take you to Alicante or Denia and loads of lovely towns in between. The hotel is well kept and very clean. The bedroom had a big comfy bed and was nice and warm in the colder January days. The bathroom was good with a huge walk-in shower and big mirror and a hair dryer. The restaurant was well organised and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing. Always fresh meat or chicken and fresh fish being cooked on the griddle. A great choice and good quality. Some of the food though wasn't quite hot enough. Although there are microwaves to heat food. The best thing was the whippy icecream machine : ) The bar was also a pleasant place to spend time, as was the outside area. All the staff were polite and could speak English. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely love to return here.

We enjoyed the entertainment and music and dancing. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean and comfort. This is our third stay and we have got to know the staff and made friends. I would recommend and will stay here again. It’s a great hotel.

We stayed here for two weeks in January. The hotel is first class. We have a great time. Hotel is very clean . Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was also good with a huge choice at lunch and dinner . We have booked to come again already when we were still there . The location of the hotel is also very good in the old town but just a short walk to the new town . Can't wait to return .

The meals were the worst, EVER! As for the accommodation- reasonsble. However, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I need to write 200 characters to leave a review, hence the waffling now, only eleven more.

The hotel was fantastic, lovely staff, great service, clean and well kept. Location is a bit out of the way, but we didn’t mind as it was only 10 mins walk to old town and beach which is fine. The new town in around 20 mins walk. The only downside was the other guests at the hotel. We were a group of 5x 22-30 year olds, there for a nice bit of winter sun and exploring as none of us had been to Benidorm before. We were by far the youngest people staying in the hotel, with most other guests being 60+ . We were made to feel so uncomfortable by other guests staring at us all whenever we were in the restaurant/ main areas of the hotel. I would understand this if we were in any way rude, obnoxious or rowdy, However, we were all far too polite and mindful considering how uncomfortable all the stares made us feel throughout our stay. It really isn’t the hotels fault but it would just be something to consider if you are under the age of 35 and planning to stay here.
