First time to Benidorm was great..the port Benidorm hotel amazing unreal everything you need location food service chick in I came bit early and they chick me in and welcomed,chick out was so nice and quick and they book a taxi for me was nice..the bar staff so nice restaurant lot of choices realy nice definitely, I will go back…

Lifts are great except at mealtime, rooms are great and have tea and coffee downside is when showering bathroom floods

Fui a pasar los cumpleaños con mi mejor amiga y nos encanto el hotel con unas vista geniales, la limpieza de 10, el personal muy amable, el bufé espectacular súper bien organizado, limpio y nos ofrecía de todo, la piscina me encanto, y una terraza maravillosa☺️ volveremos

My Wife and first stayed in the Port Benidorm Hotel in November 2022, and we couldn't fault the Hotel. Came back last week and it was a terrible experience. The noise from the building site was horrendous. And the music played around the Pool questionable. Who wants their children to listen to lyrics like " you're having the best time of your f-in lives " ? The Hotel staff were wonderful when a guest vomited in a lift, it was so bad the lift was closed for quite a while before it was fit for use again. Would I stay there again ? Possibly out of season, definitely not during School Holidays or just after. And don't accept a room over looking the current building works that are currently underway. All in all a little disappointing stay.

Big clean hotel, definitely has an older person's vibe so great if wanting to get away from the party scene. Nice big pool with a variety of music playing. There is building work going on but is nicely hidden behind partition walls and the noise is drowned out by the pool music. Our room was on the second floor which was perfect because the lifts can get busy during meal times so we didn't have to walk far down the stairs. We only had breakfast at the hotel and the breakfast was nice, big selection and plenty of seating. The glass panelled bathroom wasn't ideal. We have stayed in a few hotels with glass panelled bathrooms but they usually have frosted glass or a roller blind, this one did not so not ideal if you are sharing with someone you are not comfortable sharing your bathroom habits with. Overall this hotel is nice. Good location to beach.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were good and never had to wait long to be served. Lovely big pool area and rushing for sunbeds. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and will definitely be back.

The hotel is situated in a great location and is very clean. The lifts a a pain as you have to wait a while if busy, The food was good for me as a great selection, not so good for others though. Rooms are what you expect in holiday accommodation, maid service was great clean towels everyday if we put them on the floor lol. Rooms can be a problem for families as shower door and bathroom door are glass and can be seen through. Entertainment through the day was ok , evening entertainment could be better but again it was ok , bingo and quiz followed by entertainment. For smokers there are areas both by the pool and outside the main bar downstairs, very good we thought, all staff very friendly and polite , if your with tui then the reps are brilliant

We just had an enjoyable stay at the Port Benidorm. It is in a great location close to the beach. Have to give credit to the animation team who are there every day to offer entertainment, my son especially enjoyed the archery and Aquamat! The entertainment in the evening was mixed with some good shows and others not as good (some of the singers). The food was good enough, it did get a bit monotonous after a while but there was different choices throughout our stay. There was a choice of a different daily cocktail each day. Overall an enjoyable experience.

Overall the hotel was clean and lovely. The pool was big and the location itself was great. The rooms got cleaned everyday and the whole hotel always smelt fresh, staff mopping in reception often also. The bathroom was practically see through which isn’t ideal for 2 friends but we got by. The room itself was pretty quiet just people walking by in the evening to get to their room. Only downfalls really was the shower that leaked bad. We had to place a few towels on the floor to soak it up and also the ceiling was leaking slightly by the shower when the floor above showered. Also the pool does not open till 9am which I’ve never had before. So people queue up and run to secure sunbeds and umbrellas. It gets full very quickly and also limited umbrellas which isn’t ideal in the peak months.

room conditions were good, the food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was also good and with variety, the pool had plenty of sun loungers. Now, most of the staff were helpful, but two of them were not that, which is why I give it 3.5 stars. Starting at reception, whoever welcomed us, just read us the paper with the timetable and explained the elevator. but that wasn't even the worst thing, because it was easy to find our way around the hotel. the worst was an employee called Ana Maria (I don't remember her third name) who was at the inside bar when I went to take a drink. Firstly, before serving me, she had already been rude to another person who was hosted too. after ordering a Malibu Sunrise, she told me that I had to pay extra, as it was not included in the all-inclusive package, to which I replied that I had already drinked afternoon that day from one of her colleagues and that I had not paid anything(of course , that was the local brand that I don't knew the name). Then she asked what the Malibu sunrise was, to which I replied that its Malibu, orange juice and grenadine and then she made me the drink and said something in Spanish in a rude way that I didn't understand. After she made me the drink and handed it to me, she rudely said "this isn't a Malibu Sunrise, it's Malibu with orange juice and grenadine". but she is an unmannered person , that in other day, my girlfriend went to the bar, and she came to her arrogantly and rudely and said "que es?". Otherwise, the stay went very well and the staff (excluding Ana Maria) were very kind
