The room was very old and needed updating, when they say free breakfast you expect a breakfast not a breakfast bar or muffin, my son has a job where he cannot leave at 5:00 so he called the front desk and told them he would be coming in on thanksgiving morning they told him they would leave a message, and when I checked it wendsday night I told the manager he would be in on Thursday morning she said she would leave a message for the morning manager. When my son tried to check in he was told the room was not available anymore even though the day manager and the night manager was told. When I talked to the night manager about what happened she said there was 24 rooms advailable and that the day manager should of charged him 10.00 the day manager was very rude my son had to try to find a room on thanksgiving day. Will not ever book with that hotel chain anymore. I would appreciate a response on the problem that we had.
