Great value for money, good food and lovely staff ready to help all the time. We were pleased with the activities as well. My daughter cried when we left and I promised her we’ll come back asap. She loved the activities they done for kids and I enjoyed taking part in adults activities. The weather was not so bad for the first week of April. A bit windy sometimes but still warm and nice. Really pleased with our holiday. We rented a car and visited the surroundings recommended by the staff one day as my daughter didn’t want to leave the hotel for more then once. The beach is very close which is a plus

This was an amazing holiday! The food was delicious. It's doesn't matter what your preferences are because you'll find so many different sorts of dishes that will suit everyone. Thanks for the great time to the animation team! My 12 years old daughters were playing different games every day. Animators were also doing interesting competitions for adults as well. We had fun playing. Our family is very thankful for the good memories we made! I would recommend this place for the great family time!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are so spacious with lots of up-to-date mod cons like kettle flat screen tv which also has English channels which is amazing for the kids and a hairdryer. Very very clean and tidy and the rooms get cleaned every day to a very high standard. The restaurant is also very clean with great food choices to cater for even the most pick eaters like myself. The pools are a big size abit cold on the cooler days but are highly appreciated on the very hot humid days. The kids loved the slides and the entertainment especially the entertainment staff. They made the holiday for my boys always making the effort to get them involved in each day activities and allowing my boys to take part in the adult games to as my eldest is abit quite and doesn't like going to the kids clubs. Manu was the key part to my family holiday he made so much effort with my kids and myself bringing us all out of our comfort zone would definitely recommend and be returning

Lovely hotel, food as you would expect. €10 deposit for wristbands for AI guests & £200 deposit for apartment bookings. The apartments are lovely but it’s embarrassing to be asked for €200 when checking in especially as there is no assurance as to how or when you will receive your deposit back. I have spoken to the on site Jet2 rep who said she it is in the small print a she would try and point this out to guests on the transfer from the airport. Just thought other guests should be aware to save any confusion on checking in

this is surely 1 of the 3 best hotels i have stayed , the people , the food , the room , the bathroom , evrything fantastic , a very very good management , all staff always with a smile on their face , 100% satisfied , the diversity of food , sublime , i will surely come back to this hotel , i recommend it for 200% to everybody.

Huge impersonal hotel.. rooms very basic and very aged! Noisy, definitely not for a quiet couples break. Breakfast was adequate but rather like a school canteen ! Located near to the beach but too far away to walk to the town or marina area.. .

The hotel rooms are clean but the furniture and all the stuffs are old, the hotel needs an in-depth reform of the rooms and the rest of the common areas. The main swimming pool was closed and the only one opened was the childhood There is not much variety of food but there is enough and you do not leave hungry The hotel staff is nice

the hotel is located just two steps away from beach, also in the near are enough stores, restaurants, bars, backery. The personal was in general very friendly and helpful. A daily entertainment program is proposed every day/night. The buffet was varied. The room was big enough, unfortunately most of the furniture is old (but functional) and i could hear a less of the room neighbours conversations. The restaurant stuff attended very well but i missed a "good morning" or a "hello" what i am accoutumed at the spanish people.
