素晴らしいロケーション、部屋は清潔で広々としていました。ドアの暗証番号は少し気まぐれでしたが、いつも機能しました。唯一の不満は、清掃員が午前 9 時半に現れ、チェックアウトが午前 11 時なのにドアをノックしたことです。別の日には、清掃員が午前 9 時に現れ、私たちが部屋を出たばかりの時でした。

この宿は安くはないが、素晴らしい写真が撮られている。しかし、夢はそこで終わる。汚いバスルーム、カビ、ひどい技術。入場は冗談のよう。オーナーを脅迫していると主張する問題についてオーナーと議論しようとすると。入場システムが完全に崩壊し、滞在中に部屋に入るのに 50 分もかかった。スタイルを完全にリセットし、新しいコードを渡してくれた。あまり満足できなかった。テレビは正常に機能せず、観る予定だったスポーツ番組を見逃した。オーナーは問題を解決する気がない。まったくひどいカスタマー サービス。彼らが現場にいないし、明らかに遠く離れているので、問題解決には役立たない。ベルガモでは最高級の宿を選んだほうがいい。私はここで 10 回以上夕食をとっているが、問題があったのは今回が初めてだ。シャワーは汚かった。いたるところにカビが生えていて、何ヶ月もきちんと掃除されていない。メイン ベッドルームの壁にはシミが付いていた。良い経験ではなかった。添付の写真を参照

Fantastic accommodation for s few nights right in the heart of Bergamo. We had a great experience, rooms were large, modern, very clean, no negatives at all. Would highly recommend staying in this accommodation. East access to all restaurants and bars, lots of choices, buzzing atmosphere!

We reserved a unit with two queen beds for three adults. The room had only one queen bed. There was no staff to help, and the number provided was not in service. Even the "reception" number on the room phone went nowhere. No response to texts. We tried to contact someone for hours, and eventually left to find last minute accommodations elsewhere. I'm sure for anyone without any issues it may work great, but good luck if there is a problem.

Location direi assolutamente ineccepibile soprattutto per la posizione, in pieno centro a Bergamo. Ottima anche l'organizzazione, la logistica e l'ospitalità. Un'esperienza che sicuramente potrebbe ripetersi qualora dovessi tornarci.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro. Camere arredate con gusto e molto funzionali. Ricordatevi soltanto di fare il check-in online prima di andare in struttura per ricevere il codice di accesso. Servizio clienti gentile e disponibile, letto comodissimo e bagno moderno.
