My room was immaculate and the queen size bed gave me a excellent night's sleep, all the staff were helpful and courteous. And every effort was made to give me the best experience. Would highly recommend it.

We can really recommend staying at Ciccio B&B. Lovely host, who’s helpful with giving advice to the city and places to dine. The room was tidy and cosy. In the very heart of Bergamo, conveniently close to the old town and train station. Only downside was that it was a little tricky to leave, since we had to leave the keys inside the room, but in order to get out, we had to use the key at both the main gate and apar**ent gate. Maybe it would be wise to leave a postbox at the entrance where future costumers can leave the key. Otherwise very nice stay

Authentic B&B in a great location. Very welcoming host contacted us before our stay via WhatsApp and provided reassurance due to us having a late and delayed flight. Rooms were great and super clean.

Easy to find from public car par, 5 mins walk with help from google maps. Bit tricky having to book ahead the time you will arrive. Comfortable room, spacious and clean. Friendly English speaking host. Located in historical centre of lower part of town near to bars and restaurants, short walk to fernicular then up to high part/historical part of town.

Great property in great location. Very clean and comfortable room. Supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. Airport 15 minutes by bus or taxi.

Unfortunately there's no soundproofing, no soft furnishings in the common area and no soft close doors so the noise from other guests was a big issue. The room we were in opened into the little kitchenette area so we were woken up by all the early risers getting their breakfast. Plus the early morning church bells didn't help. We weren't met at the B&B at the prearranged time (good thing our phone plan has roaming)! We were asked for cash for the city tax (even though the website said card payments were accepted). Breakfast is continental. The shower was hot, or if you waited a few minutes for the hot water to run out, cold. But hey, if you're a heavy sleeper who likes to get up early and have a hot shower, you'll do fine here!
