Apparently I had a double reservation which was never confirmed (I tried to book through one way and always got the same error so I book through another way and finally got my reservation done, and also the confirmation email). Later, after check-in, I got an email from the hotel saying I didn't check in. When I went back to the reception to clarify this they told I had 2 reservations on the system, but that they would just cancel one of them and everything would be fine. Later, on check-out, they charged me 90CHF extra because of alleged "price difference" between the 2 reservations because one of them was not cancellable. I never got any confirmation of the second reservation (the overpriced one) and got charged anyway. Also, during check out, the lady told me I had to pay it to leave but that I was almost certainly getting this value back after she clarify this with her boss on the same day. It's been 1 week now and not even an email
