良い部屋でした。しかし、シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。フロントで航空券のコピーを頼むと、快く引き受けてくれました。

All super good

Family of four from Denmark Booked two rooms in January for arrival April 3rd in Berlin. When we arrived in Berlin, the receptionist found our booking right away, but said we were from Singapore and a company. Very strange. She also said that the two rooms had not been paid for. (We paid immediately in January.) We had to pay one more time. We mentioned that the rooms were booked through Trip. com, but she said that the hotel had no agreements with such a booking entity. When we got the rooms, it was on two different floors, so we couldn't enter our family and meet, as the card keys do not give access to other floors, incl. the elevator.

Świetny hotel. Polecam! Bardzo schludny i czysty, a obsługa niezwykle przyjemna. Podróż służbowa upłynęła mi w przyjemnej atmosferze :)

房間非常乾淨，德國版如家，前台也很和善，就是位置有一點遠，在動物園這邊，需要換乘 SBahn，酒店有早餐和 bar

素晴らしい接続、新しいホテル、朝食はいつも同じ、残念なことに焼きたてのロールパン、バー（無料のビール）にはまだ練習が必要です。ワードローブやミニバーはありません。ご要望に応じてルームクリーニングも承ります！ それ以外の場合は、よく眠れましたが、部屋が狭く、長時間の料金が高かったです。

素敵な地区にある素晴らしいホテル。部屋はきれいです（すべてがかなり新しいようです）。室内でコーヒーや紅茶を作ることも可能。素敵な衛生設備。フレンドリーなスタッフ。豊富な朝食。地下鉄駅がすぐ近くにあります。近くに素敵なレストランがあります。文句の付けようがありません。

確かに、これは都市の見本市ですが、質素な 14 平方メートルで 200 ユーロ弱という価格はすでにスポーティです。特にまったくサービスなしで。貴重品用の金庫なし、歯ブラシのカップなし、ラップトップ用の適切なスペースなし、収納スペースなし、暖房のない氷のように冷たいバスルームの床、自動ルームクリーニングなし（別途注文する必要があります）。 プレミアインですが、もちろんデルニエアウトもです。ここに来るのは初めてですが、最後でもあります。次回はモーテルワンです。お金を減らしてホテルを増やす

6 泊 (朝食なし) の快適な部屋で、外からの騒音はほとんど聞こえません (時々通り過ぎる消防車や救急車のサイレンは別)。コーヒー メーカーも用意されています。ロケーションは良く、K'Damm も近く、UBahn 駅もわずか数メートル先です。U9 で 2 駅以内に S Bahn サービスがあります。最寄りのスーパーマーケットは、Rathaus Steglitz 方面に 1 駅行ったところにあります。Aldi と Edeka があり、食料品を購入できます。

このホテルにはまったく欠点がありません。チェックインは午後 3 時でしたが、フライトの時間の関係で早めに到着したため、部屋はすでに準備されていて良かったです。とても清潔で、バスルームとベッドルームの広さも十分、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、立地も最高です (夜は静かですが、ベルリンの「中心部」に行くには地下鉄から 30 秒歩く必要があります)。また必ずここに泊まります。ここでの滞在を心から楽しみました。

This was my second stay at this decent hotel. It is surrounded by many good restaurants within walking distance and is just 1.2 km from Kudamm city center. The hotel is conveniently located a few meters from the Spichernstraße U-Bahn station, providing easy connections to the S-Bahn. The breakfast is good, though it remains the same every day. For longer stays of four to five nights, it may become repetitive, but the spread is still decent. You have to request room cleaning one day prior and tea Coffee sachets have to collected at the reception once the first stock is over. Reception staff not friendly and had to spend 3hrs looking for an adapter in the city. They said adapter NOT available. Everything in the room functions well, except for the toilet bin, which has a broken pedal. I recommend this hotel for business travelers or short stays of two to three nights, especially if traveling with minimal luggage, as there is limited space to store clothes. Request a higher floor with a street view for a better experience. If you arrive early, you can ask for an early check-in for an additional €20.
