私たちの部屋は埃っぽくてタバコの臭いがしました。これらの問題があったにもかかわらず、私たちは長距離ドライブのため、また 1 泊だけだったので文句を言わないことにしました。朝食は普通でした。ホテルの部屋を予約してどこかで朝食をとることをお勧めします。ロケーションはとても便利ですが、同じ価格帯でもっと素敵で清潔な体験ができるホテルは他にもたくさんあります。

Hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially the reception and breakfast service staff. The hotel decor is relaxed and chic throughout. It is located with easy access to local restaurants, transport and other amenities. Berlin is a vibrant and exciting city with much to do and experience. The hotel made the weekend break that bit more enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Sir Savigny Hotel.

This hotel is in a great location and the rooms are pretty good. A few things that could improve, currently the hotel seems to be under some renovation so bathrooms outside the rooms are unavailable. We arrived around an hour early and our room wasn’t ready, an available guest bathroom would have been good. The rooms are furnished well but I would say if you aren’t comfortable with using the shower/ toilet in front of each other it could be a problem as both are basically in the same room as the bed, only divided by a thin glass door. The staff were great, especially the lady at breakfast who was very helpful. Great transport links and restaurants in the surrounding area, just a walk away from the zoo. All in all a good stay but just needs to get its maintenance complete

The hotel staff is only speaking English which is a little strange for a hotel located at Berlin, Germany. The selection at the breakfast buffet is rather limited. Hotel room is extremely small. I wasn't able to fully open my suitcase on the floor. Furniture and room details are a little worn out. Style of the hotel is nice. However overall value for money is not too great.

Great location, cosy rooms and the comfiest beds ever!! We were really pleased with the level of detail, from the handwritten welcome note and complimentary drink on arrival, to the gorgeous smells and boutique style smellies. It felt like a treat. The only things I would grumble about is the fact “The Butcher” next door was closed the whole of our stay even though you could still book a table online. We were really looking forward to eating in the restaurant but never got the opportunity. The room was very small (although beautifully designed).

We loved our stay here, the staff are great and friendly and rooms are great, although definitely go for the larger rooms Our only criticism is we had to ask for our toiletries to be refreshed as room service hadn’t done in four days

We somehow managed to fit in a last break before Christmas, and chose Berlin. Our Travel Agent booked this for us - we had asked for a small, friendly hotel and this one turned out to be a perfect choice! Our room was wonderfully decorated - I had worried bout it being next to the lift, but it was well sound-proofed and very quiet. Great, very helpful staff and a perfect location, handy for public transport made this an ideal base for our trip - very impressed!

This hotel is in a great location. Really close to an S bahn station on a direct line to the airport and the major sights. And in a really good area with lots of nice restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the hotel itself was a disappointment. It looks very good at surface level but is not comfortable. There’s no check in desk and we had to go hunting around to find someone when we arrived. Our “deluxe” room on the top floor was small and a bit dusty. Bed far too soft and an odd layout with the toilet and shower right at the bottom of the bed and very limited storage space. We had dinner at the Butcher restaurant one night. I’m a vegetarian so not their target customer, but the plant burger they served me was ice cold in the middle. Must have just come out the freezer. Hard to get the attention of the one server so didn’t return it although should have. My husband had a meat burger which he said was tasty. The welcome prosecco served with this was flat and the fire in the restaurant/ bar area didn’t give out enough heat so the room was cold. Lots of these issues would be easy fixes and the hotel does have potential as decorated very nicely and extremely well located. Sadly would not return however.

Room was filthy also the staff were not friendly. Would not go back I complained and the lady don’t know who she was said she would take up with housekeeping room was lovely but very dated and disappointing stains on wall also window wouldn’t close and television didn’t work.
