Honestly, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had in a long time.
I don't remember exactly how many stars this hotel has, but I normally don't book anything below 4 or 5 stars. Based on the actual experience, this felt much closer to a 3-star property.
The interior is strange and looks very cheap. The rooms are reasonably large, but everything feels old, worn out and has an unpleasant smell. The hotel is clearly overdue for a full renovation. Nothing feels fresh or well maintained.
The sink was draining so slowly that it was almost impossible to use. While the room wasn't dirty, everything looked tired, outdated and heavily used.
There was no drinking water in the room. These days it's pretty much standard to provide at least a couple of bottles of water. If the tap water is safe to drink, the hotel could at least inform guests about it. The minibar was completely empty as well.
I called and requested a toothbrush and toothpaste. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I eventually went down to reception and got them myself. The funny part is that the requested items were finally delivered only after I had already collected them myself and was getting ready to leave the room.
Overall, a very disappointing stay. Large room sizes alone cannot compensate for outdated facilities, poor maintenance and lack of basic service standards.
