温かい歓迎から、独立したベッドを備えた快適な部屋の広さ、フリードリヒヴェルダー教会の素晴らしい景色まで、すべてが完璧でした。 当ホテルは、フリードリッヒ通り駅、東駅、そして最も重要な主要駅へはバス 147 番で簡単にアクセスできます。中央駅には、Museumsinsel 駅から U5 を利用して簡単にアクセスできます。目的地は歩いて行ける博物館島。 ビュッフェ式朝食には、ウェルカムスムージー、厳選されたパン/ロールパン、「エッグステーション」が含まれていました。オムレツはリクエストに応じてとても美味しくて種類豊富です。 ARCOTEL はオーストリアのチェーン店なので、コーヒーやジュースはマインドルまたはラオホのものを使用しており、品質は抜群です。 私たちの意見では、この家は完全にお勧めです。 ホテルが何の善意（金額を問わずバウチャー）なしで拒否した、キャンセル不可料金のダブルブッキングという出来事がなければ、この滞在は全面的に成功したと言えるでしょう。

Excellent. Great central location

“The location and the rooms of the hotel were very nice, but the service was at a low motel level. The service was very poor for this price. There is no refrigerator in the rooms and no room service. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but at the entrance to the breakfast room, payment is collected via a card reader for those not having breakfast, causing unnecessary delays. The hotel staff cannot answer questions other than yes or no. The staff seems either very inexperienced or very unhappy. There is a silly robot working as room service. We placed an order at midnight, and the robot woke us up at 4 in the morning to confirm the order. POOR EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. Feel like you stay in dormitory

Excellent location to explore Berlin on foot!

Khách sạn nằm vị trí rất trung tâm và khá tiện nghi. Tuy nhiên tôi rất thất vọng về thái độ phục vụ của Lễ tân. Có vẻ như anh ta kỳ thị người châu Á vì đã không tỏ ra thân thiện với chúng tôi. Tuy nhiên, các nhân viên buồng phòng và nhân viên khác thì thân thiện.
