Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich. Zimmer war sehr dreckig, Staubig ohne Ende, unter dem Bett lag ne Flasche, ein Zäpchen, eine Tablette und ganz viel dreck. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher hat total geklebt.

Food selection for breakfast is scant. With 19 euro breakfast, you should expect a breakfast buffet. I think the management doesnt care at all. Good luck with your business. The place is good but what drags you is the coldness of your services. Your reception is condescending, your food is cheap.

It is a hotel a little from the centre of the city but next to a metro station so easy to get around.It is more of a business man hotel as it is next door to a multi national company in Siemens and the metro strop is called Siemensdamm. Very good breakfast rooms are a good size. We had issues with bookings regarding breakfast and city tax but the hotel honoured the booking and found it strange that city tax had already been paid. If you intend to stay at this hotel and go sightseeing I would buy days passes and then it does not matter. There is a supermarket across the road from the Hotel but restaurants are limited. the hotel has a bar if you like to sit around and have a drink.

Stayed here for 3 nights in Berlin, from the get go the staff were very hostile. No great service to scream about, but that was also fine, what really made it bad was the lift that broke down during our stay there. No repairs done for 3 days. We were carrying big luggages and had to lug them down ourselves. No help was offered, not even apology for the inconvenience. I can't imagine if this was just our elderly. parents, how they would have handled it.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und daher finde ich schade, dass ich keine so gute Bewertung abgeben kann. Das liegt leider an der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung des Hotels. Auf dem Bettlaken waren zwei kleinere Blutflecken. Auch die beiden Kissen waren leider sehr hart und daher war es für uns unmöglich gewesen darauf zu schlafen. Des Weiteren war das Zimmer und die Gegenstände sehr staubig, wie z.B. das Standlicht.
