NH ベルリン クアフュルステンダム(NH Berlin Kurfürstendamm)

私たちの部屋は線路上にあったため、窓を開けたい場合は非常にうるさかったです。残念ながら、エアコンも冷たくなく、風が吹いただけでした。これは、この夏の暑さの中で大きな問題でした。

The hotel is near the Savignyplatz station, which is a good area. Another plus was that the room was very clean. However, it should not be advertised as a hotel with a gym & sauna. The “gym” was a small room with a treadmill and a cable machine, and the sauna was not working at all. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the right information was available.

Quite a old hotel but generally quite clean. The toilet ceiling was always having a strange noise - probably from the ventilation. But otherwise quite convenient location and clean hotel.

We had a pleasant time staying at the hotel, we were worried about the noise being close to the railway as some of the reviews stated, but the room we had was not that close and there was no noise issues. Alexander at the front desk was very helpful in helping me print my boarding pass before my flight! The only issue was the cleaning lady barged in for 2 days straight at 10am where we were still in the room getting ready to head out, she didn't knock or ring the doorbell before coming in so we had to request for cleaning out room later at the front desk. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay :)

Comfortable room with lots of space. Had to ask for coffee pods etc but absolutely fine and no problem getting them. Room cleaning not great. We were there for 4 nights and floor was not cleaned and my son had dropped bits of food on it which were very obvious. Coffee cups wiped out rather than replaced with clean ones. Confusing configuration of hotel to begin with but fine once you’ve figured it out. Sauna quite nice and son enjoyed the little fitness suite. Fantastic location, everything on your doorstep. We didn’t book breakfast as it’s more authentic to go out and have coffee and pastries in one of the local places 😊

Top Location! We did not fully appreciate how good the location is until we got to the hotel. One block from the subway that takes you everywhere and in a quiet street close to everything and full of nice restaurants and cafes. Btw, the famous Cassambalis restaurant (a must do in Berlin) is just across the street. Overall same NH hotel experience (budget hotel, with good internet and A/C, which not always a standard in Europe depending where you are). Would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a consistent NH experience (similar to a HolidayInn in the US) without breaking the bank. We always stay at NH hotels in Europe because of the consistent experience when in a budget and this hotel follows the same path!

Had a room in another building that was hard to find and by the elevator. Noise from this and the S bahn made it hard to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were friendly. The location is Amazing, with everything just steps away, including a train station, a metro station, an organic grocery store, restaurants and shops!
