The check-in was a bit slow but the guys at the desk were friendly. The room was comfortable, I would recommend it if you are ok staying a bit outside of the main tourist area, unless you are going to the Berghein

Great room, perfect size for a 4 day trip. Although, no wardrobe which was a bit inconvenient. The staff made all the difference, brilliant service and always a great help and so friendly to chat to. We had a problem with the window in our room not closing and we were offered a room change straight away. Would definitely stay here again.

Not massively impressed. The queen bed is actually a king size and much smaller than expected. Showers dont work great, they go hot and cold at thier leisure. Asked for new towels to be sent to my room but staff couldnt be bothered. Decent enough place to stay but cant say i would go again.

Went to Berlin for an anniversary trip with my wife and really enjoyed our stay at the Moxy.
The hotel seems fairly new and was clean and well equipped. What made the hotel even better were the staff. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really helpful.
Gave us some great suggestions for local cuisine to travel trips around town.
Honestly the staff there are a credit to the brand and I will definitely be returning there soon.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Bonvoy has lost the customer centricity. I have had much better experiences at other chain hotels to day at the least this year. They have become much more rigid and un-serving. The loyalty program and recognition has also lost the glory it once had.
