Nice atmosphere hotel in great location

住了兩晚，床單就算了，毛巾沒有換新的，早餐在同等價位、同樣也是走精品小旅店的其他家店相比更差、服務人員的素質也是，餐廳的服務員除了打招呼根本不會理你，前台雖然友善，但不專業，尤其一位女的，情緒管理能力讓我懷疑她有精神問題，我禮貌詢問打印、她不會打，卡在其中一個步驟，其實好好説自己不會就行了，她偏偏語氣突然拔高、很大聲的重複：這就是我不會的地方！重複好幾次，不知道的人還以為我跟她吵架呢…情緒管理能力有問題的人怎麼可以在一個號稱自己4星酒店的前台工作，我反正覺得太離譜了，也把我嚇到了。

Other than it's great location, We had a lovely time at the hotel, breakfast is great, everything is sparkling, and the facilities were all we could ask for. Thanks to the Myer's team for the warm welcome and the atmosphere that you have created at the Myer's We are looking forward to visiting again in May

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel and were very pleased with our large and cosy bedroom. We can only congratulate the staff for their kindness and the good work. Be it for the cleaners, the succulent breakfast served with a smile, the bar lady and the pianist, everything was top. We also liked the beautiful Christmas decorations all over. The hotel is situated in a charming area (lots of cafes and a nice market) We will definitely be back on our next visit to our family!

An easy stay in Berlin on a quiet street with lots of options nearby. Excellent breakfast. Very nice adjoining room with big bathrooms. Mattress and pillows could have been better but you can’t win them all.

Myer's was very good. Room was large and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful with travel info, restaurants info and arranging transportation. lounge area was spacious and well decorated. Very good experience

I am very glad we chose this hotel for our 8 days in Berlin. The location is in a lovely neighborhood with multiple options for public transportation but also within walking distance of Alexanderplatz, etc. Our suite was large and comfortable with a wonderful large bathroom. The room was quiet. The staff at the hotel was friendly and professional. The very ample breakfast buffet was an additional charge but well worth the price.

Lovely walkable neighborhood with great restaurants. Fantastic recommendations by staff for restaurants. Friendly, helpful people. We stayed four nights and loved it. Comfy beds. Nicely appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Easy transportation all over Berlin.

This is a good hotel although quite a ways from the center of Berlin. It is very quiet and the rooms are of good size. The bath is rather small and the shower takes some getting used to. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are atrocious. Ask for a side sleeping pillow. Breakfast is the star here because of the many choices and the long serving period from 07:00 to 11:00. We had no view but even if we did there would be nothing to see. The area has a rather industrial look and is characterized as a big metropolitan city, which is what Berlin is. We also could not get the heat working in the room. Staff is very helpful and there are several restaurants in the area.
