A second stay and a pleasant one. We went for the superior room and whilst nothing was necessarily better than the previous room, aethsteticly it was different but that's about it. Definitely recommend but room wise, there's not a massive difference between the standard and superior (that we stayed in)

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while attending a conference. Shocked at the 300 EUR per night for the experience provided. 3 of 4 nights! Could hear music from other rooms/Several calls to front desk to resolve! They allow smoking in the restaurant on main floor and it goes straight up elevator shaft. You can smell it in the rooms, hallway and lobby. Absolutely disgusting!! Cobwebs in room hanging from ceiling. Pillows that looked they have been run over by a steamroller. Elevator gets stuck at upper floors because of the age/doors/setup. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL

I had a restful trip and the beds and pillows are the best!! Quiet neighborhood off the heavy tourist path. Very nice bar and restaurant . Beautiful accommodations and staff. I was met with a lovely glass of wine upon check in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Me and my 7 month pregnant wife decided to have a weekend escape in Berlin. It was a mistake to come here. The hotel has a bar that clearly is the priority, the music was banging on our 2nd floor room. We repeatedly call reception for them to lower the music and they said "We have a party, we can't lower the music". When checking in, we highlighted that we would need a quite a room and asked if the bar would be loud. They said not an issue at all. We ended up checking out and leaving the hotel at 1am. If you don't mind not having any sleep, come here! If not stay away!

We arrived at Provocateur quite late at night and was met with very friendly staff. The hotel and our room (we stayed in a superior) was amazing, beyond our expectations. We actually got engaged while in Berlin and came back to the hotel bar for celebratory champagne, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us despite it being very busy. We would 100% recommend staying here and would love to return one day and try out the restaurant! Thankyou Provocateur

Me and my wife spent 3 nights here in early December and had a really good time. We absolutely loved the hotel and will make sure to come back next time we visit Berlin. It has a lovely, slightly decadent, charm! Our “de luxe” room was spacious, nicely furnished and felt luxuriously up to the task. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were great (and this is not the case in the majority of hotels..) The staff was very helpful and friendly, in particular the personnel in the Bar! Our first night when we could not get a table in the restaurant, it was no problem eating in the bar with access to the full restaurant menu! The waiter was really helpful with nice personal recommendations with regard to both food and wine. The food is lovely, well cooked Asian/French cuisine with a nice variety of dishes! The breakfast menu is really nice and the staff is friendly and attentive! If you are hung up on buffet breakfasts, get over it and enjoy the well composed menus! I have seen people complaining about noice from the bar! The bar plus noice should not come as a surprise to anyone who book a room one floor up from one of the trendiest bars in Berlin. If your nights sleep is important and if you visit on Friday/Saturday get a room higher up in the building. We stayed at the fourth floor during the weekend and we did not hear a thing from the Dj/bar! Our only very small complain would be that the minibar wasn’t cool enough. We could live with that…😉

Fabulous experience! Well recommended to try this hotel for new experience. Style and comfort in every detail! Nice location in West Berlin, bar, club, restaurants around. Sunday night was super calm and comfortable. The super stylish bathtub, bed and shower room.

Booked the Terrace room and it was great. I was particularly impressed with the toiletries. The bedding was clean and comfortable. My room was on the fifth floor and the elevator only went up to the fourth so I had to lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs. It wasn't much of an issue for me but others may find it more of a problem. Unfortunately, they overcharged me by more than 500€ and weren't apologetic when the error was pointed out. In fact, they seemed to get annoyed with me for being frustrated with their theft. I'm unlikely to return or recommend the hotel, which is a shame because it would have been a 5 star review otherwise.

Everything was good until the staff in the restaurant gives you the attitude. Roxy, super rude and unpleasant. I stayed for 2 nights and sadly even me trying to be polite to everyone, she specifically was hating on me. Just ruined all good things I could say about this place.
