Dirty hotel! Too expensive and its just dirty everywhere. Location: the hotel is located in Kudamm. Few blocks from shopping district. Lot of restaurants as well. Checkin Process: checkin process is quick. Cleanliness: everywhere is dirty!! From the floor to the kettle. The kettle has molds. I even ask for a replacement of the kettle and the guy gave me another one which also has molds! Lol are you kidding me? The rugs have stains like red stains. I hope it was not a crime scene before. Beds: the bed are soft, too small for a single bed. Bathroom: it is okay. Huge shower area. Service: the front desk was not helpful when I asked to replace the kettle, he couldnt find a clean one. So his solution for me is to get hot water at the bar. Will not stay again. Hoping to get another cleaner hotel when I visit Berlin.

Stayed in a Courtyard Twin room for 5 nights in Sep 2023. This was far and away the best hotel in our 2-week trip. The room was very big for Europe with strong air-con, and the beds were big and wide. Room was clean, and while the daily housekeeping did a good job, the bathroom is a bit tired and could use a refresh. But it was clean enough that it wasn't a big problem. Location is good, slightly off the Kudamm shopping area, so it's lively in the day but nice and quiet at night. Hotel is about 10 mins walk to the Zoologischer Garten station (S & U-Bahn and regional trains) and there's a U-Bahn station entrance (Kurfürstendamm station) right next door.

We stayed here and was given a hotel room similar to a hostel. Exposed wiring. Broken furniture. Children’s flat pack wardrobe. Heavy unsafe furniture resting on 3 pieces of wood. ***Any photos posted are lies designed to mis sell.*** This was raised to the manager. They offered a discount to stay again - are they serious? It was bad enough once. We accepted their highest discount of 30% which is a disgrace as they fobbed us off taht we can’t raise this complaint to head office. Discount not received yet. The hotel needs to be closed and renovated and the company needs to be honest in terms ya photos. The manager needs to be replaced as does not care except about mis -selling and taking money for a hostel like dirty hotel. Radisson and park plaza brands are seriously being damaged by this hole being badly run with dodgy managers that don’t fix issues whether overcharging or electrics and furniture unsafe. They good reviews must have been paid by someone abroad to make false ones as this ruined our otherwise perfect stay in Berlin Avoid this hotel. For a little more - you can enjoy your stay elsewhere in Berlin in better hotels.

Stayed for 4 nights with a friend. Top floor room. Lift was a little sketchy but mostly worked fine. Complimentary fruit and pastry in reception was a nice bonus, but there was a fly on the food at least once. Room and bathroom were clean (some carpet stains, but nothing disturbing), although the shower stall did have noticeable mould/mildew.
