クーダム 101 ホテル(Ku'Damm 101 Hotel)

ホテルはクーダムの端にあるため、エリアは静かですが、近くの設備は素晴らしく、通りの向かいに大きなスーパーマーケットが 1 つ、徒歩圏内にいくつかのパン屋、レストラン、ショップがあります。クダムの繁華街行きのバスが角を曲がったところに停まり、地下鉄の駅までは徒歩 10 分以内です。私たちが泊まった部屋は広々としていて、大きくて快適なベッドで、とても清潔でした。バスルームには素敵な広さと儀式の製品がありました。間違いなくまたここに泊まります。

It was a really nice and clean hotel, food was amazing and the people were so nice. Only downside for me was that you also had to pay for parking. Even though we payed for a room.. Overall 10/10 experience!

Hotel has not been maintained- elevators were slow and felt like they were falling apart, room was not well cleaned and smelled like feet, shower head fell apart when water was turned on, insufficient and inconveniently located outlets. Bed was reasonably comfortable, though the pillows were so thin as to be almost useless. Fairly quiet location in Ku’damm, though this meant sirens on ambulances going by at all hours.

I stayed at this hotel many years ago, and it was as good as I remember it. Fine service, spacious room, great breakfast on the top floor. Reasonable placed in the city, with buses close by. The price was ok. The beds were a little småll, with a rough mattress.The only thing my wife asked for was a pool and spa area, which the hotel does not have. We might be back some day.

Wonderful team, especially many thanks to the staff in the restaurant! Rooms a re big, comfy and really clean (cleaning everyday), very comfortable bed, quiet hotel and area, very close to the public transport from where you will go everywhere. Shops, restaurants, coffee places around. Safe and calm place for staying, especially with family. Delicious breakfast with big choices for everybody, and once again: very friendly, helpful staff :)

Service is very good, helpful and kind. Happy that we selected this Hotel. The rooms we had were nothing special or in any way out of the ordinary but solid good average. The breakfast buffet was good and children till 13 years get it for FREE. The breakfast room is in 7th floor and you can enjoy the nice view across Berlin from there. We even found free parking around the corner on weekends, starting Friday evening.

No complaints about the room or the staff. All very helpful and perfect location for what I was doing. I'd gladly stay there again. I did miss having the chance to make some tea or coffee in my room.

Great breakfast, and helpful service from all the staff, especially Imran. Beds could be more comfortable.

It’s been 10 years since our last visit to Berlin and this return to our only hotel of choice, Ku’damm 101. It was great to see it is still as reliable as ever. It has great rooms, comfortable beds. The only slight downside on this visit was one pillow had clearly seen better days as the stuffing in the pillow had gone. Also the air conditioning was a bit of a nightmare to get to work. It came on on day two but refused to start just when the temperatures in Berlin hit 30 degrees.
