ホテルからの返信: Dear Guest,we strongly reject the allegations you have made.Upon your arrival at approximately 5:30 a.m., our international team informed you of the regular check-in times and explained that an early check-in would have been possible for an additional fee, subject to room availability. You chose not to make use of this option. Later, you were repeatedly offered the opportunity to complete the regular check-in process. The only requirement was the completion of the legally required registration form, which you repeatedly refused to fill out despite being asked several times.Nevertheless, you were permitted to remain in our lobby and rest there for many hours. During this time, our team repeatedly sought to assist you in completing the check-in process properly while also ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel and considering the interests of our other guests.The version of events presented in your review does not correspond to the actual circumstances of your stay.Kind regardsThe team at enjoy hotel am Studio
