I spent few nights in this hotel. Really good location, good bedrooms, quiet area, good staff and close to the subway station, buses and tram. Thank you for everything, if in Berlin I will be back for sure. Highly recommended and good prices.

The location of the hotel is really good. It is easily accessible by bus, if coming from the central train station (Hauptbahnhof). The proximity to the metro line (U-Bahn) does also largely assist in reaching all parts of Berlin in an easy and efficient way. The hotel, although a little oldfashioned in its style and overall impression, is a good establishment, even for a much longer stay than just a quick sleep-over. The rooms are really big and comfortably equipped. I had the cheaper room (with the bath inside the room and the sink) and it fully satisfied my expectations and needs. A big plus, especially when the temperature is high, is a small fridge in every(?) room. When it comes to eating, there are several restaurants nearby. I do not know of any foodstore but maybe I simply did not notice. Given the standard and the prices, this hotel seems a good choice for a stay in the recently strangely overpriced Berlin.

I stayed in room 201 , in the period between 16 to 20th of May 2023 , the hotel is a real nice one , neat and clean rooms , although the rooms seems to be very narrow in the photos , but actually it is very convenient. The location of the hotel is more than good , it is 20 minutes far by transportation from many nice areas, attractions and hot spots in Berlin , the area has many restaurants and supermarkets , Edeka Fromm is the largest supermarket in the area with many options for snacks to be bought. The Hotel staff is extra friendly and helpful , thanks to Andy from the reception desk , he told us about many attractions and helped us with direction with a very friendly and supportive attitude , We will surely stay in Graf Pueckler if we visited Berlin again

The location is easy enough to reach from the central station and it's sort-of quiet. That is until someone in the other room uses the bathroom. I almost jumped out of bed because it was like I was suddenly sleeping in their bathroom. It's insanely loud and you hear the plumbing like it's next to you. Your own bathroom is also loud and at one point I thought the water boiler might explode or something. Bed is too small for me personally. That and the noises didn't allow for a well-rested night. The place itself is clean. Staff was very friendly and forthcoming. If the loudness doesn't bother you, this place is for you since it's a budget hotel.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in terms of overall experience. Love the history of the hotel; the simple and old time feel of the building. Reminded me of the European movies I used to watch as a child. The one person elevator with a manual door and that you can see the cables---priceless. All the front desk staffs are superb (I dealt with four of them), they were so patient in answering my questions about sightseeing, restaurant recommendation and how subway works. Prior to my arrival, emails were answered within one hour, no delay whatsoever. The neighbourhood is a bit mixed (hotel front door is locked at night), but very safe regardless. I walked solo on the street at 11pm several times, no trouble at all, even when there were guys drinking on the sidewalks. Breakfast buffet choices were very decent and eye pleasing, well worth the price. First time in Berlin, presently surprised how friendly people are in this big city. Will sure come back!

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber. Das Gebäude ist alt, aber es hat Charme. Ein Paar Risse im Putz, ok, aber wir haben uns willkommen und geborgen gefühlt. Die Dusche könnte ein wenig mehr Wumms haben (in Berlin gibt es ja auch gerne mal einen Doppelwumms), und die Handtücher zum Duschen dürften ein wenig größer sein. Ich fände noch eine Kaffeebar super, notfalls auch Automaten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es ist toll, wenn man morgens mit einem Lächeln im Frühstücksraum begrüßt wird. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke.

Fünf Minuten von U- und S-Bahn entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Garten, in dem man auch frühstücken kann. Viele der Zimmer verfügen über große Balkone. Gutes Frühstück - bis auf den Kaffee! Sehr freundliches Personal.
