I stayed there with my parents between 29th of February and 5th of March. My parents arrived the hotel before me and they had some difficulties with entering the apartment building. Hopefully my cousin was with them so they solved the problem and finally entered the apartment. However, the main elevator was broken and in the period of fixing. So they had to use the secondary elevator. I arrived there 22:43 but the door was locked and there was not anything to enter the password (not the main entrance). I called my mom to open the door and she opened the door for my dad and I. Once we came to use the elevator, we found out that it was not working. It was only useful in from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 20:00 and in the weekend, it was being used only to descend. Room was very nice and the location was perfect because it was close to many transportation station. Yet, the elevator ruined all the image. My parents had difficulties with climbing stairs for three storey. In that sense, I would never stay here again.

No microwave. Water is leaking in the bathroom. Not very comfortable to sleep. The room is stuffy, the street is very noisy. The location relative to the metro is very convenient. Supermarkets, unfortunately, are very far away.

Our family on 5 people (2 adults and three kids on 1, 4 and 6 years) had a great stay. Everything worked well in the apartment and we had no problems with anything. We would love to come back next time we visit Berlin.

No regrets one of the best spacious apartment ,we ever enjoyed with family & kids. We like the surroundings nearby super market, since cooking facilities was there we also cooked some favorites dishes in the kitchen.

A little too long distance to Kudamn, but very nice place with good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Expensive parking. We have stayed at AMC in Joachimstaler strasse, and I think we will return to that again instead

Fine apartment, good place - the apartments near Kurfürstendamm have a good central place. Good service, online check in was perfect, parking was easy, the equipment in the apartment was perfekt - coffee, soap, towels….

It was a great experience staying in the AMC apartment with family. The keyless entrance was smooth and tension-free, no need to worry about keys. It also allows flexible check-in and checkout. Highly recommended.
