房間與酒店提供的地址不是一個地方，要拉行李穿街過巷挺遠的距離。房間地上有滲水，酒店不管不顧，服務非常差勁！明顯欺詐，完全不符合基本條件。

ロケーションが良く、コストとのバランスがとれたとても良いホテルです。家族で利用しましたが、とても満足しました。

Stayed here as a couple, though with a couple more single duvets you could have comfortably fitted in two more people (it was two single beds together with a massive topper, plus a normal queen/king sized bed). Transport-wise it was very close to two U-Bahn stations and easy walking distance to Zoo. There was a Lidl round the corner and you’re right on the Ku’Damm. The apartment itself was spacious, and set back from the main road with good double glazing, so it was quiet. It was spotless too.

Spacious apartment in a good location near public transportation and a small shopping center. One of the bedrooms has a very small double bed. The hosts are not really available.

Great location, close to the underground. Quiet place at night if your apartment has windows located to the backyard. The apartment needs some good cleaning in the corners, and specially the kitchen and the beds.

I spent few weeks in a wonderful apartment equipped with every comfort, which made my work stay even more interesting. The neighborhood is very nice and well-served by the U-Bahn. The staff, mainly contacted via email, has always been very polite and helpful.

The appartment was good size and very warm in cold weather. Excellent location at Bundesallee just next to a little shopping centre and places to eat and have coffee at Prager Platz. Equipment of the kitchen could be a bit better like a wooden board to cut bread etc. But otherwise everything we needed was there. Forgot an item and the team sent it to us via post ASAP.

It was a good stay in a spacious and clean appartment. There was a problem with the shutters going up automatically at night, and the apartment was a bit noisy at times. Please have a look at this, furthermore it was perfect 😊

Apartment is private nice ara and clean enough!! Big room,a bed very comfortable!! I just up set last day when I leave in property they said check out before 11am but that time around 10.15am house keeper knock door and I told her I will leave before 11am after that 10.35am another lady knock door again and I told her gave me 10mins I will leave soon but she said no and I say ok 5 mins will leave!! that time I feel disappointed because it's not 11am yet not any late yet why rush me!! just feel bad experian with this property.

Spacious modern apartment, great location, close to everything, perfect place definitely come back there

We had a nice trip in Berlin, the apartment is close to the zoo and the kids loved it. It was easy to get around, we took the bus to the German parliament building, museum island. One disadvantage was that the room was close to the road if you open the window to ventilate the room it is very noisy.

The apartment in general was clean, very good size. Very large windows that could be opened in sections. With blackout curtains and curtains. The washing machine was so useful and very clean. They also provided hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. The situation of the apartment was very good, 2 minutes to the underground, supermarkets at the doorstep, walking distance to a few touristic places and restaurants nearby.
