静かなエリアにあり、とても快適で清潔です。ベッドもエアコンもとても良く、フロントのサービスも良かったです。中心部に行くにはバス 200 が便利です。唯一の問題は、Trip.com で上層階の部屋を予約したのですが、宿泊施設はサードパーティの ********** から下層階のスタンダードルーム (より安い料金) の予約注文を受けていたことです。つまり、明らかに trip.com は ********** から在庫を取って、下層階の部屋カテゴリーを予約することで利益を得ているのです。おそらく trip.com と ********** のシステム間の接続の問題だったのでしょう。翌日にはすべて解決しました。

Amazing location just a stones throw from tiergarten with all its natural beauty. The spa was great, we spent the morning between the sauna, Turkish bath and swimming pool. Had a lovely stay and would go back in the blink of an eye.

3 Stops from Berlin Zoologisher garden where you can connect to both S Bahn and U bahn. Staff is very friendly and always willingly to assist.

The hotel was comfortable, the shower window was confusing, and the staff were friendly except couldn't find my booking as they entered my name correctly and didn't resolve the issue very quickly which made me panic.

Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat nur das Handy in der Hand . Sie bekommt schlichtweg gar nicht mit wenn ein Gast am Tresen steht. Die Dame in der nachtschicht an der Rezeption konnte kein Wort deutsch. Schon sehr seltsam das Hotel

Hotel was top, ontbijt en spa waren super. Enige nadeel was dat we net zaten met het ontbijt en de bediening wilde dat we van tafel wisselde omdat ze de huidige tafel wilde gebruiken voor iemand anders.

Leider würden wir dies nicht nochmal buchen. Beim Frühstück war permanent etwas (Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Ei) leer. Der Service war mit vier Kellnern sehr engagiert, nützt aber Nix wenn die Küche nicht nachkommt. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir die total laute, klappernde und nicht genutzte Klimaanlage beanstandet. Es wurde sehr lapidar von einem Herren im Sakko (Empfangs Chef?) zur Kenntnis genommen und versprochen, dass jemand nachschaut. Die zweite Nacht das gleiche Dilemma (es hat wohl nicht mal jemand nachgeschaut ). Beim auschecken am nächsten Tag wurde gefragt ob alles okay gewesen sei. Kann ja nicht da keiner da war. Des Weiteren waren im Bad lange Haare vom vorgast zu sehen. Ergo, keine Option mehr für uns da es sehr viele bessere Hotels in Berlin gibt.
