部屋掃除がタオル交換しないので、自分で言わないといけません Wi-Fi良かったです

素晴らしいエリアにある、とても便利なホテルです。部屋は広くて清潔です。ベッドは快適です。バスルームは少し狭いですが、それでも清潔で必要なものはすべて揃っています。朝食は含まれておらず、私の意見では少し高いので試しませんでした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。強くお勧めします!

Good hotel, reasonable, great location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

Good value for a central location, and I like that I can check in with a machine automatically

Friendly staff at this hotel. It is great for one or two nights, with a comfy bed and nice cafés, a supermarket and public transport just outside the door. However, despite it's name it is not directly located at Potsdamer Platz but a 15-min walk from it.

Personale gentile, hotel a pochi minuti a piedi da metro U2-U1-U3 e fermata autobus vicinissima. Stanza al piano terra ampia e con un grande bagno. Forse si potrebbe mettere un armadio più capiente

If you are looking for a no frills hotel this is worth considering. As a base for exploring Berlin this hotel offers what you need, clean comfortable rooms, they're not large but unless you plan on staying in your room the entire time this was not a problem. We arrived early due to an early flight and was able to leave luggage in their store, similarly on our return home, we did the same due to a late flight. The hotel is located close to public transport, both bus and u bahn, but sites such as Tiergarten and Brandenburg Gate are within walking distance. There is no room safe or kettle in the room, if it had these I would give 5/5. I would return here.

I got caught out a little bit by this hotel, in that it isn’t as close to Potsdamer Platz as I had been led to believe. The fact it was raining also didn’t help my initial mood. As I found out for myself later, if using public transport then either Kurfursten Str or Bulow Str stations are much closer and much better options. That aside, this is a great hotel. The self check-in was a bit fidgety, but still easy. Getting a code rather than a key or keycard was new for me (the same code also gets you into the hotel late at night). The room was a decent size and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. This was my 4th city on a mini trip around Central Europe, and I had by far the best night’s sleep here. I wouldn’t mind returning to Berlin at some point, and if I do I could do a lot worse than come back to this hotel, now that I know the best way of getting there!

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody even though the building and rooms are ok, the staff however is a total disaster. I stayed in the B@B hotel from 12 to 13.July. I had planned to arrive at 20:00 o’clock but my plane got delayed with two hours. I decided to call in the hotel as soon as we were notified about the delay which was around 17 o’clock. The person on the phone told me to call again later when I know exactly when I will be arriving. Two hour later I called again to say that I should be arriving at 21:10 on the airport and then I will take a taxi, I should be there a bit before closing time but if anything happens I want to notify them so they can wait for me. The person on the phone was extremely unhelpful and sounded very confused himself. He told me that his colleague might wait for me, but he doesn’t know for sure, but in any case the is a machine where I can check in alone, I asked “do we need a code” the person answered “no”. I asked again to be sure “will I be able to enter if I arrive after 10?” and the person said “no” even though he just told me there’s a machine which he didn’t explain how to use and where exactly it is. I had to close the call because we were taking off but I asked “should I call again when I arrive?” and the person said “it’s not needed”. Anyways at 21:10 I decided to call them again to make sure they’re waiting. I called seven times in the time frame between 21:10 and 21:50. Nobody picked up the phone. I was looking for other numbers online but there was only one available. I made it to the hotel 10 minutes before closing time. There was nobody on the reception. I saw the machine for check in and on it it was written “name and reservation number”. I tried all the codes they had send which were “check in code”, “check in code (Agoda), “pin” and my reservation number and nothing worked. Either the machine was not working or my name had been written wrong, I had tried so many times and have double checked everything. While I was having this stressful situation I saw a person going in, looking at me, seeing me struggle and not saying anything. A bit later I managed to go in (because another customer opened the door for me) and saw that the person looking at me before was the worker that was supposed to be working on the reception. The one that I had tried to call 7 times and didn’t pick up and saw me struggling with the machine and didn’t want to help. 1 minute before 22:00 I was on the reception and said “I have called multiple times to notify for my delay and nobody has answered, I have a reservation for tonight” he didn’t apologise or say anything else but “name”. After seeing that everything on my reservation was payed he asked me to pay the city tax. I asked him “may I pay with card” and he (very annoyed) said “yes, you have to pay with card because we’re already closed”. He was evidently angry and was hitting the keyboard keys while putting in my data. He informed me again annoyed and frustr

This is a very affordable 2 star hotel and it certainly feels like it. They provide the bare minimum and not much more. Our stay was OK with some disappointments. The biggest problem was the bathroom. Bathroom floor was filthy and there was quite a large amount of visible black mold on the walls. Also the area was quite shady and we didn't feel safe walking around in the evening. Service was OK and the breakfast was fine compared to the price. Air conditioning worked well. Over all an average stay but we probably would not stay here again.
