ベルリンの街の休憩に最適な場所です。5分でアレックスに到着し、夕方にはハッケシャーマルクトにある多くのレストランの1つでリラックスして食事をすることができます。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーでした。コロナによる距離のルールは守られましたが、部屋の清潔さは私を失望させました。毎日ドアに掛けられていた、消毒されたと思われるものがすべて入った看板は救われたはずです。 テーブルの下にはまだ前のものからのチョコレートの振りかけがありました。標識によると毎日拭き取られたヘアドライヤーには、ほこりの層がありました。洗ったお皿は、まだ洗っていないものも含めて、毎日掃除サービスでクローゼットに戻され、夕方にはクローゼットから片付けられました。バスルームのソケットはカビが生えていて、プラグを差し込まなかった。私は、シャワーで前述の欠落した関節がわずかな問題であることに気づきました。便座やゴミ箱も壊れていました。金庫も機能しませんでした。

ホテルの立地はとても便利です。中心地区ニコライ区にあります。徒歩15分以内色んな博物館やレストランがあり、駅まで約10分以内です。ホテルのスタッフも親切でした。ありがとうございました。

Unser Aufenthalt im Motel One Berlin-Hackescher Markt war durchweg positiv. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Alexanderplatzes und ist perfekt an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert, das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Das Zimmer war modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, wenn auch etwas klein. Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Atmosphäre trotz der zentralen Lage. Die Lounge im Eingangsbereich war gemütlich und stilvoll gestaltet, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass der Stauraum im Zimmer begrenzt war, was bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas unpraktisch sein könnte.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! Its prime location near the metro made getting around the city incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy vibe, with stylish decor that immediately sets a welcoming tone. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s also walking distance to Berliner Dom and Berlin National museum. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Whether it was providing local recommendations or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel!
