ホテル ベルビュー パレス ベルン(Bellevue Palace)

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

Location is extremely good - overlooking the river and mountains. Service is very good in the room and outside (reception, lobby, restaurant etc) Rooms are big and comfortable. Bathroom is big and has everything what one needs. Breakfast is also very good. Covid passport is required at the checkin. Free public transport ticket is provided.

This hotel is a true five-star with spotless service. The hotel is literally right next to the Federal Palace, seat of the Swiss government. The hotel is also right in the historical centre of Berne, a city that, being Swiss, I recommend especially to foreigners to visit. The hotel has a valet service but you can park at the ‘****** Parking’, which is next to the hotel. The staff is impeccable: from the receptionist to the lobby bar waiters everyone is always very smiling and willing to help with any request. A positive aspect of Berne, like Geneva, Is that hotel guests receive a voucher to use public transport. I had booked through Leading Hotel of the World and got an upgrade to a Deluxe room with a view of the river Aare. A simply fantastic room. Although renovated, the room, like the rest of the hotel, shows the legacies of the Belle Epoque days.The bed was very comfortable and I found for the first time in my life a pair of binoculars in the room...provided for viewing the Bernese Oberland Alps. The breakfast with excellent quality products and the possibility to order additional dishes alongside the buffet. Certainly, the hotel is not cheap but I found to be in Switzerland in such a location has a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommended!!!

Great Hotel in Bern. Centrally located, extraordinary staff. Felt welcomed frim the first to last minute of my 4 night stay. Great lobby bar for Gin enthusiasts. The views from the terrasse are spectacular. Nicely furbished and updated room.

Bellevue Palace has the perfect location between Bundeshaus, Museumsviertel and old city As a teaser Start with a guided tour in the morning (Münster) - 2h is a good start Visit Einstein Museum in the afternoon Dinner at the VUE - drinks at the bar Good stay with excellent service - we will tell our friends about the hotel and the visit of Bern

we stayed at Bellevue Palace for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed - excellent service, exceptionally clean and well maintained and we had a nice view of te river and alps. Highly recommended and we will be using this hotel on our next visit.

Bellevue offers the perfect location for work and networking in Bern. Staff is very helpful. On site, it^s easy to find or book a quiet spot for business discussions. Quality of food, and the great view on the Aar river are also very appreciated.

So bad service. Never book them! Overprice, bad food, lieing! Had such a bad experience. Find something better. Rooms dirty. Even asked for the manage team, they couldn’t help. So bad service. The receptions was not kind, they was angry, and not service minded
