朝食のメニューがちょっと不評です。ハムなどがありませんでした。1908年創業との事、映画でしか見たことのないドアの開閉を手動で行うエレベーターがありワクワクしながら乗りました。内装はリニューアルされて新しい感じがありました。ただ、路面電車が頻繁に通るので騒音が気になる人は考えたほうがいいかも。こちらは、連日の疲れでバタンキューだったので騒音が気になりませんでした。

このホテルはどこに行くにもとても便利です。路面電車/バスがホテルの近くにあります。一つは、部屋はかなり狭いですが、バスルームは広いということです。荷物を置くスペースが足りず、代わりにバスルームに置かなければなりませんでした。ビンテージのエレベーターもあります！

素敵なバルコニー、ホテルの規模は適度、朝食は種類が豊富で美味しい！駅から歩いてすぐ、ホテルまで階段を少し上るだけ

サービスは一流でフレンドリーで親切ですが、周辺エリアのトラムはかなりうるさく、古いエレベーターは少し細く、少し使いにくいです。

素晴らしい部屋、とても快適で居心地が良い。装飾もとても素敵でした。 スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。強くお勧めします

　ホテル自体が古く、設備の古さはレトロなエレベーターが象徴していました。 　室内の備品など、やや高い価格の割には寂しい感じでした。　円安なので価格が高く感じるのかもしれませんが・・・。

スタッフが親切で良かったです。 宿泊者にもらえる市内交通が無料となるアプリの設定に困っていたらヘルプしてくれました。

トラムやSBBの駅から近く、町の観光も遠出も便利でした。 スタッフの方も感じが良かったです。 建物は古いですが、水まわりなどは改装されていて清潔でした。 ホテル入口のドアが重く、階段が数段あるので、大きい荷物を持っている時は大変でした。 立地、価格的に満足しています。

Great location, very kind staff and nice rooms. Just consider there is no room service from the excellent restaurant they have.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel when visitng Bern on university business. The location is excellent - just a block or so from the train staton and an easy walk to the old town. The staff here are the best! - very helpful with tips, reservations, they always address you by your name. The rooms are small and a bit spartan but clean and very affordable by Swiss standards. The street can be a bit noisy at times. The breakfast is pretty sparse and my experience of dinner in the restaurant was poor, but there are plenty of other good restaurants in town. If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel with a great location and wonderful staff - I recommend this one.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were all so friendly, engaging and helpful, it was like being with family. The rooms are great, good value clean modern comfortable. The location is just amazing, just one block walk and you are into the old Bern Altstadt. We had an early train to catch and missed breakfast - the staff made us a breakfast pack each!! Absolutely recommend National Bern Hotel!! Oh btw the restaurant on the ground floor is great. Loved it all! Thank you so much!! Love from Australia 🇦🇺
