This resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort. Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out. We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm. Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.

What a experience it was. Amazing property with amazing staff, each staff is so welcoming that you will feel special every moment. I asked them to do some decor in the room and it turned out so beautiful i would like to specially thanks Arvind and his team( Trevor, Raju & Floyd). Food was amazing and we also tried their Restaurant by the name “JUJU” which is near by to the Property and i must say it was far better than some popular names in the nearby location. Thanks Beleza by beach for the great hospitality, will meet you soon.

Hotel was OK to average, pool was so short of sunbeds. There were only 4 available and on of these were broken. There were 2 parasols available but they had no fabric so no shade at all unless you moved away from the pool. Restaurant was good and the food was very nice and a good variety. Ok for a stopover but wouldn't recommend more than 1 night. Cheese board was impressive.

Absolutely beautiful property. From the moment you step in you will feel so rejuvenated by the abundance of nature around. We were in the junior suite, which was very spacious, comfortable and artistically designed.our room had a spacious patio and rails to line dry beach clothes. As we were there to celebrate my birthday,the staff decorated our room in the most creative way I have ever seen. They also surprised me with a complimentary cake during breakfast. The hotel is very sensitive to kids’ and babies’ needs. They have kid’s pool, baby seats and kids play area. They even sterilised our baby’s bottle and utensils perfectly. Breakfast buffet was elaborate and delicious, with options for both- non vegetarian and vegetarians. They also have a spa and message centre. I liked the rejuvenating experience there. While Beleza has its own restaurants in the premises it also offers a shuttle pick and drop to Juju restaurant. Which is by the same owners. Beleza has its own private beach, which is clean and not crazy crowded like other Goa beaches. Two minutes serene walk within the property takes you to the beach. Their beach restaurant offers good variety of food and live music performances. At all places in the property there are umbrellas placed for the guests’ convenience. They have a well maintained, big size swimming pool overlooking the paddy fields and their restaurant . Staff is courteous and helpful. My recommendation- highly recommended

Visited for 4 nights in July, which is the wettest month in Goa (monsoon rains). The property is well situated on the beach front (with access), Nazare restaurant with a beach view. The facilities included well maintained swimming pool, play area with table tennis table and a air hockey table, kids play room and outdoor swings alongside. Food at the restaurant is quite good and buffet spread is a leaving affair. Staff is quite courteous and helpful as well. With one kid with us, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They have their own restaurant (Juju) closeby where they arrange for a transport to and fro, that restaurant has good options. The only improvement needed in my opinion is the checkout bill settlement, where I made two visits even then they could not get the correct amount. I had to wait for more than half hour just for them to figure out details. Would recommend this place, esp. in larger groups or with family.

Nice place with very friendly staff. Good food and a short walk to a private beach. We happened to visit in Manson. The stayed at suite/villa to maximize our family time. The build quality of building is good. We did celebrate a birthday and Arvind and his team did a good job creating nice towel decorations. The electricity fluctuates even thought they have generator but it sometimes ruins night sleep. Also during dining we struggled with mosquitoes. They may solve these in the future. Apart from that we enjoyed staying here. Things I uniquely identify about this place: greenery, friendly staff, in-room dinings, nice free breakfast buffet, umbrellas, partitioned pool, club house etc.

@BelezaByTheBeach never ceases to amaze. This was our 2nd visit to Beleza and everything once again blew us away. Perfect getaway for families, especially kids are meant to get emperor treatment Some best points - 1. Hygiene & Facility wise top notch. 2. Rooms are bigger than most and ample space for kids to roam around, with balcony. 3. a);Two restaurants Tentaco & Nazare has the best in class cuisines from indian, continental, chinese everything we tasted were awesome - could not remember where I had such tender & juicy mutton roganjosh last time. Salute to Chef & team . Apt amount of spices used which makes it suited to kids also. 3. b) 2nd resto Nazare is a perfect sundowner, located beach facing. 3. c) The decadent spread of breakfast has almost everything one can look for. 4. Private beach, pool, spa, Kids play area everything at one stop. 5. Very cordial team everywhere & always ready to help. 6. Everything made available for kids/toddlers from bath tub, cot, sterilizer etc. 7. Terrace suite with Jacuzzi is best for couples looking for privacy. One major missing this time was the "Lamb Kofti" which we had tried during our 2020 visit, although the menu has been revamped now and had to manage with the other available options which were equally delicious . Overall 5 star stay and great value for money. Will surely come back again. Heartfelt Thanks to entire Beleza team for making our vacation worth remembering.

We visited this place in the first week of June just when the rain started. Beautiful location, beautiful interiors the rooms were spacious and comfortable the property in itself had a lot of greenery and was very very close to the beach. The property had almost its own private beach at a 2 minute walking distance. The beach in itself was very very clean and with hardly any people. Very good food, very good service. To sum it up Location 10 / 10 Ambience 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 The only drawback was that, the property provided filtered water in the room, it would have been nice if they had provided packaged drinking water.
