I had the pleasure of staying one night at Dar Sitti Aziza, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nabil, whose hospitality instantly made me feel like family. The attention to detail in preserving the heritage of the home is extraordinary — you can feel the soul of the place in every stone, arch, and antique piece. My room was cozy, beautifully restored, and thoughtfully designed with traditional touches. It struck a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot. The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable. We spent one night in this excellent hotel, very conveniently located at 50 metres from the Nativity basilisk and the grotto. We were welcomed so warmly by the owner, Nabil, who made us feel like being hosted by a good friend, accompanying us to visit several locations in the city and explaining us the Palestinian history. Boutique style hotel, in a very well refurbished old charming typical house. Unforgettable breakfast prepared with love and offered with pride by Nabil and his kind assistant.

Nabil was the ultimate host at this boutique hotel/bed and breakfast! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend! Waking up to the sunlight then the stained glass windows was magical and the breakfast was delicious! Anybody coming to Palestine should stay here
