ウダイ ヴィラス パレス(Udai Vilas Palace)

We were fortunate enough to call in here for a drink on our way to Agra. The friendly staff were very happy to serve us with only drinks even though we were not staying in the hotel. The setting was delightful, peaceful with a very serene atmosphere. Could not have had a better tasting cup of coffee in a better place.

The hotel is a nice one, location is an advantage as it is 5 minutes drive from the national park. However, the room that was allotted, had no balcony, which i found is disadvantage. Food was good, but overpriced, compared to a small city like bharatpur. Hotel ambience is nice, inside decor is good, and gives one a feeling of a resort.

The stay was quite comfortable and the deluxe room allotted to us on fourth floor (rno: 4012) was comfortable but surprisingly there was no safe in the room and the cupboard had no doors. Even the cabinets and side tables have no storage drawers. The property does not have a bar license. No 16 ampere socket is available in parking area for slow charging of electric vehicle.

Hotel is 4 star but amenities not available. Just like slippers, toothbrush, toothbrush, toilet paper. Food and other services is very good.

It was a good experience but food is very expensive relatively. Staff could be more courteous. For a kid they charge xtra even if you don't take a extra bed.

Hotel is good, cleanliness is good. Hot water in washroom is not provided by the hotel in this chilling winter season.

Property location right on highway, which is great. Food veg and non veg both available, and were tasty. Room heater was available. Staff behaviour great and always greeted with smile. Swimming pool good but as this was winter, we didn't use it. Overall good stay.

Very well located right on the national highway, 2 km from the bird sanctuary & well kept well groomed property. Near & clean. Food is absolutely superb, both in quality & quantity serving.

It is a good property and rooms are good with heater as well for winters. Wifi connectivity is not good and doesn’t work on rooms. Food is good and breakfast also has many options, though al-a-carte prices are very higher given the location and hotel type.
