All the amenities are quite impressive .The food was outstanding. The approach of banquet staff such as bapan , surjeet and his team towards all the guests is praiseworthy...

The experience was awesome. The GM Mr. Anand Thakkar was a great host. All the staff are very cordial. They even organised a birthday cake for my Mom. Which was very sweet of them. The place is excellent for a day out. Mr. Kasturi Lal took good care of our meal requirements.

Thank you very much for an absolutely fantastic services. Ex Sous Chef Ravinder, came and visited and prepared the food as per our special requirements. Our servers, captain, restaurant manager, sanju, sajal, Mr Kasturi and Mr Trivedi, all did a fantastic job. They were so attentive that they realised we were celebrating birthday, and brought the half kg cake complimentary. Amazing service, Must visit if u r in bhavnagar

Wow welcome at check in time it was wonderful experience front office staff was so co oprative and friendly food was delicious😋 room was neat and cleaned and wll maintained, all over memorial stay & special thank to FO team make my stay comfortable and happy😊.

Great amenities, room service is good...sometimes get delayed but overall good. Food is great especially their multi cuisine restaurant...Sports equipment provided can be improved...have all standardized sports ground and swimming pool is great to enjoy your time there...Room quality is great... Overall great time spending here..Thanks!

Caution: Little big review ahead but required for me to write. And one star less for my bad experience in starting. My visit in starting got little bumpy with Nayan Moni as she start getting hyper with requests with very polite tone that if possible give me early check in and I know its subject to availability and that also written in MMT and this is not first time and this is obviously not my first trip of life. But as a customer I can ask for early check in but she replied very rudely first that it is subject to availability hota hai thn I said I know and you can reply politely and ask me wait and offer any drink so customer will consider and don’t know why in very starting of our conversation you being rude and yes she didn’t greet me in start gudmorng or anything even didn’t look at me. Don't know why but she was to pissed off and made me too and than she start repeating on very high pitch “ subject to availability “ continuously. I said her to calm down but she was not ready listen and repeated one same sentence only. So in early morning she game me worst thing in my head. Than Mr Suneel meddle and took things in his hand and said Sorry ( up to end Ms Nayan Moni didn’t said Sorry or didn’t feel even instead whenever I saw her she looked at me very rudely) Mr Suneel ji thn offer us Tea and milk to my kid and arranged one room and asked us to wait till second room get ready. Until our rooms got ready he came to us twice to inform about room update and personally got involved and to make sure that we got proper clean room as I said him that my child has allergies from dust. Even at last day he allowed us to check out as late as possible as my car was arriving at two pm. Thanks Suneelji for not letting my trip slip to bad experience. Now talking about property that rooms are pretty big for two people and pretty clean too. Just bathrooms needs renovations badly as sinks and bathroom drain holes stinks very bad. Food is Ok but good eating spots are very near by. In Bhavnagar this is I think best place to stay.
